The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is very kindly and helpful in getting a doctor to come to the hotel to look after the wound. The wifi is bit slow inside the room

Basic room with a window facing into the passageway, this meant keeping the curtains closed all the time for privacy. The courtyard/passageway echoed alot so a 3am wakeup was not uncommon as people left for tours. The freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was very basic and bottled water was available. A water refill station would have been great to cut down on the plastic bottles. The room was clean and comfortable.
