Every time my girlfriend and I stay at the Ascott Makati, we make it a point to dine at Mesclun—and each visit just keeps getting better. The food is consistently excellent, but what truly sets this place apart is the service.
A special thank you to Jimmy and Chef Pau, who always go above and beyond to make every meal memorable. Jimmy’s warm hospitality and professionalism make us feel right at home, while Chef Pau’s creativity and passion shine through in every dish she prepares.
It’s rare to find a restaurant where you feel more like family than guests, but that’s exactly the experience Mesclun delivers. We look forward to coming back again and again whenever we’re in Makati. Highly recommended!

The Ascott Makati was truly a Home away from Home for me and my family. I had just travelled over 20 hours from the u.s. and the staff at the Ascott made sure every hour of our travel was appropriately planned and accounted for. As an american citizen visiting there with his family and young children, you CANNOT go wrong with choosing this hotel, the Ascott Makati.
