Awesome Hotel

Plenty of parking. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Rooms in original building are spacious.

Customer service was outstanding! We mentioned that our first room had an unpleasant smell, and the staff addressed the issue immediately. They even upgraded us to one of the nicest suites we’ve ever stayed in, which made our experience even more special. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast featured delicious, traditional Filipino dishes. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent breakfast!!

We are happy with our room at 231 for family room. Since everyone is happy and the view is amazing we extend our stay. But the receptionist mentioned that 231 was no longer available so they the 208 from the old building with the sane price. Bit disappointed because room smaller then 231 and not upgraded or as beautiful like 231 with same price. Other than that all is perfect. Staff, views and food was perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it felt much closer to a 3-star experience than the advertised 4 stars. For a property charging over $250 per night, the overall value and quality were disappointing. One major issue was the TV entertainment. There were virtually no channels available , not even basic local channels. The only option was to log into Netflix or other streaming services using your personal account, which can be difficult or impossible for international travelers due to regional restrictions and login verification requirements. The restaurant was another letdown. The menu was very limited, and the food prices were extremely high for the quality and selection offered. What made it more frustrating was the hotel’s policy against bringing outside food onto the property, although I noticed other guests eating Jollibee and other takeout food by the pool without any issue. The rules seemed inconsistent. The room amenities also did not meet expectations for a hotel in this price range. There were no bathrobes provided in the room, and when I requested robes, the hotel delivered child-sized ones that clearly did not fit an adult guest. Perhaps the most concerning issue was the water smell. The first time the faucet or shower was turned on, there was a strong sewage-like odor coming from the water, which was very unpleasant. Overall, this hotel charges luxury-level prices but fails to deliver a comfortable or polished experience. Very disappointing 😟

Minimum Celsius on the AC is 23 degrees. LOL. That is burning hot.

Schöne saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Suite mit drei Zimmern. Badezimmer waren alle tadellos sauber und die Betten waren gut. Am Pool könnte es mehr Liegestühle haben.

We had a great room on the 5th floor with an ocean view. Absolutely amazing.

It wasn’t stated on which property we’ll stay upon booking. Only to find out on check in that it’s at the original/old building. Loud knocking pipes thru the wall all thru the night. We called the front desk, nobody came to check on it. The ceiling fan swirls hard that seems like it’s about to come off.

Pool is beautiful

Almost everything is awesome. I mean how can you not stay at a hotel called Awesome Hotel. Food was good, burger was top notch beef like the USA, breakfast had plenty of international choices, even Americans are happy with the western options. And of course local cuisine is nice. Pool is great and clean. Nice sports bar with big TVs for game time. Beach is nice. The only thing I don't like is the automatic toilets. I applaud the idea of the environmentally sound conservation efforts but the. Flush is just not practical. Also, I wanted to buy a towel and told it was impossible to buy. But anyways, I'll stay again and recommend to others. It was indeed awesome!
