環境及房間硬體設備都比較老舊

適合拍照，泳池很棒喔？房間很大

都很喜歡，唯獨毛巾很舊

Overall, the stay was fine, it is like a palace with a beautiful pool. The location is perfect, easy to get around and you can walk through the Bamboo Market directly to the beach!!! However, there are some drawbacks I would like to mention. Firstly, you can hear everything in you room, the wall and the door can't block any sound making by people outside the room. Secondly, the pipe in the bathroom is blocked, it took a long time to flush all the water.

地點好但環境老舊

飯店走約5分鐘可抵達海灘。地點算挺不錯的，離熱鬧的海邊及店家步行即可到。不過通往海邊的路很小，像防火巷一般。我們此次住行政套房。每天都會提供水果可食，可以帶去請員工幫忙切，不然早餐沒啥好選擇也不優。有免費海灘巾可以外借挺不錯的。飯店有提供牙刷，洗澡洗頭通用小瓶罐，不夠都可以再申請。由於checkout是05:00am，可以請他們幫忙準備takeout餐 。整體而言飯店很貼心。還是推薦。

The service and the location are good, it’s just 7 mins walk to the beach front of Station 2. However the air conditioner is noisy and not cool enough even we switched to the lowest temperature. The WiFi is VERY SLOW and sometimes we couldn’t get to connect to it.

第一次用Hotels.com預定出國住的飯店,就得到非常不好的住宿經驗,明明Hotels.com mail給我中文住宿確認單清楚註明住宿含免費早餐,但飯店櫃檯人員卻以看不懂中文且聯絡不上Hotels.com來釐清問題就依其自己內部記錄說我們住宿未含早餐,經幾番交涉後又說只給一房一份早餐的不合理要求,如果其他住宿人員要吃早餐需額外付出每人400peso的早餐費用,讓我們覺得被欺騙了,回台後和Hotels.com 聯繫申訴但至今未獲圓滿答案,令人非常失望Hotels.com的服務品質與效率,不知問題到底是出在飯店還是Hotels.com,中英文確認信內容竟然會不同,請其他欲透過Hotels.com訂此飯店的人須加以考慮清楚,務必再三確認訂房內容是否一致,中英文確認信都要仔細查看,以免嚴重損害到應有的權益.

酒店本身不错，服务态度挺好，也比较干净 游泳池不大，没有中晚饭和小食 晚上很安静 唯一的缺点：在一条小巷子中间，进出白沙滩的路有点偏僻，经过一片民居和狭长走道，如果是2个女生，如我和我的闺蜜，晚上回来，有点小担心！

去海灘的路是稍微不方便一點

酒店的外部环境不太好，可能还在建造吧！走进酒店后豁然开朗，房间非常好。泳池也非常有特点。还有酒店的地理位置处于D'MALL和海鲜市场中间，去哪里都很方便。

乾淨，但周圍都是民房，夜晚出入須小心， 要提醒客房服務一定要更換毛巾浴巾跟廁紙，還有飲用水，不然不一定會補

First of all, the staff were excellent - very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The pool was lovely but needs more sun loungers. The bar was nice but could do with offering some food / bar snacks. The gardens were lovely to drink your coffee in the morning and a glass of wine on your return in the evening. I did like staying here except for a few annoyances in the room as follows: There was absolutely NOTHING on the TV whatsoever - no reception at all and I quite like to browse while my wife is getting ready to go out in the evening. The fridge was broken and just froze any liquid left int it - Milk most importantly. The bed creaked and croaked whenever you moved. The electronic door lock didn't work properly and we got locked out twice - we had to be given a normal key to get in and out. The location was pretty much perfect - Beach, Restaurants, Shops, Tuk Tuks, ATM's, Supermarkets were all in abundance and very close by. I would recommend The Summer Palace and I really enjoyed my stay of 11 nights. But if you are a picky person be prepared to adapt.
