We stayed dor 4 days and the whole stay was awesome! The food was great, the restaurant was by the sea so it was nice to see a great view. The staff were very helpful and nice. The airport shuttle service was great too!

Spa was great.
Had a massage need a bit of clean sheets and head rest, just find mine with smell of old sweat.
Over all the experience was great. Staff were all Hospitableand very friendly. Specially the young Bartender. Who made all my delicious cocktails

比較靠郊區，附近的海事像紅樹林那種的地方，無法下去散步或玩水但可以跟飯店借獨木舟滑。
飯店內很乾淨但蚊子點多，洗澡水是鹹的，可能是由海水直接過濾而成。
建議不要喝到比較健康～
另外建議自備洗髮精與沐浴乳。
另外交通比較不方便需請飯店轎車接送，且容易被抬高價錢。
但除了交通跟水之外，其它方面都還不錯。

The place was not as upscale and updated as we expected from the photos. It could use a refresh of its rooms and decor but it was fine in terms of lodging. The staff though were very welcoming and helpful at the front desk and at the restaurant. Five stars for them.
We were disappointed that there wasn’t much water access to the ocean as it was low tide during the day. This might be a seasonal issue so you might want to consider that. It was the beginning of April when we stayed.

Breakfast is not good. Maids that clean the room is no good smells bad every time they clean our room. Internet sucks!!! We can’t watch anything in the TV in times we want to relaxed. And just so you know it may look like a beach front but nope I’ll be disappointed you have to go to other place to experience beach. All in all we will never recommend this hotel!!!!

Check in staff was good, and the AC worked but that was about all that was good. The bathroom and general room was not exactly clean. The room had lots of mosquitos flying around, we killed about 6-7 of them. The bed sheets felt dirty and had large stains on them. The food was not terrible but not great. The resort looked a lot nicer in the pictures than it was in person, could definitely use some rennos or general up keep.

The staff was marvelous. Professional, always friend ready to assist. They made the stay extremely nice
The room was spacious and clean. The spa was very good
The downside was the fitness area was poor. Treadmill was outdated and not working properly.
Another downside was the barstools at both areas were broken and old.
If it wasn’t for the exceptional staff, it would be a worse rating.

La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos. Elle était dans un état déplorable, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, la lumière extérieure passait toute la nuit dans la chambre par une vitre au-dessus de la porte, il y avait un générateur juste de l’autre côté d’une autre porte qui se déclencher régulièrement et le personnel passait sans arrêt sur l’allée à côté avec des charriots très bruyants. La liste est quand même longue !!!
