員工親切，房間規劃很好，一下樓就是泳池及私人海灘，可以在裏面玩整天。

The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs.

Nice to stay for retreat

I’ll come back again. The staff of this hotel are very nice and friendly. The environment and the facilities are maintaining very clean and well , the security do so. As for Location , to hire a taxi or tutu which will be easier to reach out restaurants or supermarkets.

Check in 流程很順利還有迎賓飲料，但居然沒有電梯（住3樓）而且走廊有種異味，飯店早餐不好吃但是裝潢很漂亮，熱水很不穩定也沒有牙刷等備品，私人海灘早上都是退潮建議下午去比較美，覺得這個價位飯店設施還有待加強

整體表現真的不錯，床好睡、房間乾淨、早餐菜色天天變化多樣菜色、飯店設施豐富，適合放鬆的好地方。

Had a great time with my family. Super nice view in the room, easily accessible beach, nice sofa area for sun bathing. Perfect for family and kids.

My room with balcony was in the older block and although big, clean and aircon good, the room and bathroom needs updating. Looks and feels unwelcoming. In contrast, the restaurant is excellent, good food, reasonable prices and good atmosphere.

Horrible reception and unsafe stairs, my wife slid on the property and there was no action whatsoever i had to do everything by myself and kept on following up with doctor who came 6 hours later Sheet not changed only flipped upside down a mark was done by my daughter next to the pillow next day was next to my feet

The views, the beach, and the atmosphere are truly excellent. The echo from the people playing in the pool is loud, even to the 7th floor balcony level—that is basically the only complaint we have. Wonderful art, helpful staff, and great food. 100% would stay again.

We had a great experience at Costabella. Definitely a bang for your buck! It is slightly outdated but the facilities and surroundings are well-maintained and clean. Would have been more awesome if they can fix the boardwalk. They have warm and courteous staff as well. Food is on the pricier side but great overall. The experience is very good overall.

All food and drinks there were extremely over priced. 5x or more than the grocery store. Cost 850piso for s fruit platter, 200+ piso for 33cl coke can or cappuchino.

Clean but very old resort. Very over priced for what you get. Charged me way over on bottled water. Cost me 2500 peso for 9 bottles of water. Said not to drink there water and only bottled water and charged way to much.
