In the light of the "new normal", adjustments on services are being made to focus on your safety and security from arrival to departure. What to expect before you arrive: Hotel Transportation and Valet Parking • Valet parking is not allowed. Valet parking and opening of car park may be allowed only when approved by regulatory authority. • The driver will wear appropriate PPE and will follow strict personal hygiene practices • Guest must be required to wear mask before entering the vehicle • Sanitation kit will be available inside the vehicle • Plastic bag will be available for proper disposal of trash • Establish social distancing and passenger limit guidelines: • Car/Sedan: No passenger beside the driver. Two (2) passengers at the back row, one seat apart. Bath towel had stain on it. Face towel not available. Robe looks overly used. Breakfast buffet selection average compared to other five star hotels I've stayed before. Some of the local delicacies ran out at 8am.

年末から年始にかけて滞在。部屋などは古さは感じますが、ちゃんとメンテナンスさせれ清掃も行き届いていて快適でした。また朝食は品数も多く,飽きさせない内容となっています。日本食が巻き寿しとみそ汁だけなのであと数品目あればより良いですが、どれもとても美味しかったです。

The staff are friendly and do their jobs well. Although the building is old, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The only drawback is that the pool water is always dirty whenever you visit. Also, there is no bottle opener provided in the room.
