年末から年始にかけて滞在。部屋などは古さは感じますが、ちゃんとメンテナンスさせれ清掃も行き届いていて快適でした。また朝食は品数も多く,飽きさせない内容となっています。日本食が巻き寿しとみそ汁だけなのであと数品目あればより良いですが、どれもとても美味しかったです。

Upon arrival I was greeted with an upgrade. Inside the room, there was a variety of fruit as well as dessert. The breakfast buffet was a joy and the service at the restaurant. My last night was simply superb. I have you recommend this place and we will stay there again

Next to Seaside. Within walking distance to Pubs and Bars. Very nice and clean Hotel with a beautiful Lobby and has a big spread of choices for Breakfast. Quiet place even though near to bars. Has a rooftop lounge which you can see 360 Degrees around the Hotel. Very nice and cosy atmosphere at the Rooftop Lounge, the live band was a little too lout when they were on though. Good security all round the Hotel from Entrance to the lift lobby. Will return when in Manila.

Upon arrival I was greeted with an upgrade. Inside the room, there was a variety of fruit as well as dessert. The breakfast buffet was a joy and the service at the restaurant. My last night was simply superb. I have you recommend this place and we will stay there again

The breakfast money was really good. Lots of different variation. And very attentive stuff. Working this industry myself as an executive chef and f&b manager for 30 years all over the world. I do believe though that the breakfast room is just to small compare to the size of the hotel. It always felt extremely crowded and hectic at any time. I also had a dish in the main restaurant for dinner which absolutely disappointed me since none of the items described on the menu matched the actual dish except the half half of lamb which was not declared as half. The description of the meal was a rack of lamb on Ratatouille with a rosemarine jus and asparagus. What I got was tomato paste, onions, carrots and the four pieces of rack of lamb. When I ask for the Jew I got a thick brown sauce with dried rosemarine out of the container. Nobody cared about asparagus or what Ratatouille actually is. I pointed this out but no one seems to care really. I didn't eat it until I showed it to the managers while I was in the restaurant (I hate wasting food) yet I paid full price minus my Expedia VIP 20% discount. All in all this is a hotel which would be a three-star hotel in Switzerland, but charges Western prizes to to visitors. I would also recommend more training in food knowledge to the waiters like a orientation about what they selling? And then again I have to remind myself I am not in Dubai or Switzerland or North America or Europe and other fancy places.

My stay was marked by a high level of satisfaction with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the excellent condition and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious dishes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would choose the Diamond Hotel again without hesitation.
