The place is cozy and very accessible. We like how near it is to malls, churches and ATMs. There's even a pharmacy beside the hotel. The staff are friendly. Regardless of the purpose of travel, this is a good place to be.

Staff weren’t friendly and not accommodating, very disappointed on the facilities, floors not tiled but just cemented as is! Towels looks so dirty we didn’t even dare to use original color I believe were white but it’s already too dark! No bidet in the CR and worst there are a lot of tiny cockroaches! Breakfast is also disappointing, you can only choose between corned beef, sausage and ham which don’t even taste good🙄 Will never book again this hotel, not worth the price👎

Location is good, staff are friendly only the rooms need to be upgraded( bidet in the toilet, some decor in the room, lights to be fix, aircon to change) should do a daily make up room for guest staying more than 2 days not upon request upon check in.

This hotel is perfect for backpackers and for travellers who would be barely staying in the rooms. It is simple, clean and very straightforward. However, there is no parking, and the photos on the booking site were made to look better and well lit than the actual rooms. We only stayed there for a few hours and left to go to a different hotel.
