優點：員工非常友善熱情。缺點：房間隔音效果不好，淋浴間漏水，導致地板很濕。

淋浴區和衛生間（或洗手間）也需要加強清潔。謝謝。

前台服務人員態度很不友好，很難露出笑容。當你問她問題時，她的回答非常刻薄。她的名字叫梅麗莎。

Upon arrival, I found that my room had only one old towel, despite my request for extra towels. When I asked the room attendant for additional towels, my request was refused, and I was advised to contact the reception instead. Additionally, there was significant noise outside my room at night, including guests shouting and banging on doors. After contacting the receptionist, the noise briefly stopped but resumed shortly thereafter. I also spoke directly with the guest in room 810, who mentioned their door was broken, causing the banging. I informed the receptionist about this, and she said I would be transferred to another room. However, after waiting for an hour, I did not receive any follow-up call. I am disappointed to report that the staff seemed unapproachable and lacking in basic manners.

Additionally, I have noticed that some essential bathroom supplies, such as bath mats, are missing or not properly set up. This lack of attention to detail affects the overall experience of staying at your establishment and could potentially lead to dissatisfaction among your guests. I kindly urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure that your guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Proper maintenance and cleanliness are crucial in upholding the reputation of your establishment and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Cockroaches or ipis at my first room. Transferred to another room still has cockroaches or ipis. They must fumigate rooms to eliminate infestation.

the air-conditioned not functional properly.

I like the flexibility option of the hotel with regards to checking in and checking out.

This place is OK very convenient, but no privacy when people opening & closing their doors you can hear it from the inside in your bedroom, pag maingay sa kabilang room marinig mo ang kanilang pag uusapan. Naka disturb ng pahinga at di makatulog ng maayos dahil sa ingay.

Great place to stay, it offers late check-out to adjust the flight time. However, the wall is so thin that makes me able to hear a TV sound from the room next to mine. The bidet is available and it's being helpful.

Bathroom tiles beed general/deep cleaning. Tile grout were blacken in almost all areas. Towels are no longer in good condition/appearance-hardened fiber and seemingly near its life. Elevator going up to 14th floor produced squicky sounds and lights were flicking. Toilet mirror not practical-reflecting too huge replica. Water supply in wash basin was too weak. The only good thing is that it is near where my appointment is. Staff were friendly particularly the guards.

Not value for money, Dengan harga yang sama di daerah makati saya bisa mendapatkan apartemen dengan fasilitas dan lokasi yang jauh lebih baik tidak bisa check-in lebih awal, Padahal tidak ada tamu sebelumnya.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the walls are too thin. I can totally hear their conversation from the other room. Plus there were lots of bangin on the wall and stuff. The hotel staff were polite tho.

Inter-room partitioning from gypsum not wall. The sound from the next room muted. The water on the bathroom floor seeped out. Hopefully it can be fixed

Not totally satisfied with their service. Since, they failed to make up my room.
