We had the most amazing stay at Hennan Palm! Compared to the other Hennan resorts we think this is the best, most Modern and spacious, great location (if you don’t mind a busier area). The free breakfast although not very American but moreFilipino, Asian, and even English we ended up becoming more Adventurous and loving it! The 3 pools are spacious and beautiful. So clean. Right on the beach with private space. Amazing staff. Highly recommend.

Deposit PHP 2,000.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

Guests must contact us directly for additional 3rd person or extra person requests subject to applicable fees.

Airport Transfers - Please contact the property (2) days prior to arrival to avail the transfer service subject to applicable fees.

Room Incidental - Incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. This is refundable upon check-out should there be no charges incurred during the stay.

Room rate on December 31, 2025 stay includes Mandatory Common Buffet Dinner for 2 persons. Buffet Dinner is based on minimum occupancy of 2 pax in a room. If guests are less than the standard occupancy, 2 pax will still be charged respectively. Dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons. Extra person will also be charged accordingly.

Room rate on February 16 and 17, 2026 stay includes. Mandatory Common Buffet Dinner for 2 persons. Buffet Dinner is based on minimum occupancy of 2 pax in a room. Hennan Palm Beach Resort offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. On the plus side, the rooms were new, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were cheerful and friendly, and the massage service was a particular highlight. The resort itself is beautiful, with visually appealing architecture and well-designed pool areas. However, several issues detracted from the experience. The immediate surroundings were underdeveloped and inconsistent with a premium resort. The rooms lacked blackout curtains, making it impossible to sleep in, and basic amenities like an iron and slippers were missing. The free breakfast was uninspired and bland. The resort's location in a crowded part of Boracay meant the beachfront was noisy and chaotic, not ideal for a quiet getaway. Service was also a major letdown. Staff at the pool seemed overly suspicious, and several instances of unhelpful and unwilling staff, such as one who refused to help open a coconut, made the service feel far from premium. Breakfast staff also kept reminding me about no-leftover policy, which felt unnecessary. Overall, the resort's beautiful aesthetics and friendly staff are overshadowed by extremely poor service, a lack of basic amenities, and a noisy environment. It does not feel like a true 4-star experience, and managing expectations is key.

Everything was great!! The one feedback I have is that the water in the toilets, due to the model of toilet, had the water at a really low level by default. This left the toilet side walls exposed to lots of stains.

My stay at the Hennan Palm Resort was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well everything worked, from the smooth and efficient transportation to the very warm welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was also fantastic—it was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat. I especially enjoyed the resort's amenities. The pools were simply wonderful and beautifully maintained, and the location was great for exploring the area. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious choices at every meal. Overall, I had a truly fantastic time and would highly recommend the Hennan Palm Resort for its great service, facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere

Loved the breakfast buffet inclusive with the reservation. Booked the room with sea view, very comfortable stay, modern features. The room we stayed was quite a walk to the pool area but other than that, the staff and every one in this hotel were very accommodating and nice.
