We really enjoyed our stay. It was a peaceful and really great time to relax with my family. I love the ambiance inside the room it has a unique interior design and clean room. The food is good and they serve it hot. The bathrooms heater is working that's why we enjoyed our bubble bath. I would love to drive in there again. Thanks!

No blankets, AC was just a box panel with no remote. Set temperature. Cant adjust anything. Staff wasnt helpful. False advertising of the property. Wotif pictures didnt match the actual room

Cons:
Lack of basic supplies like tissue
Water coming out of faucet continuously and does not stop. Room 74.
Bathroom/Shower not as clean.
Overall, good stay. I might stay again someday.

The room was ok, no hot water for the shower, it was reasonably clean, no bugs to be seen in the room. No towels changed during the time I was there, they did give me towels n bedsheets when I asked for them.
Not a bad location, right across from South Mall. Had to give my id to get a key, which you had to ask for, not given when you check in.

I am a ofw working for a years and wanting to have a great vacation but the experience here is worst. I didnt able to rest properly because of the washroom smell and unsafe room that have broken lock and the surrounding area was so loud. I will never stay in this hotel again. Yucky washroom
