1. The hotel won't give the room key unless you will leave an ID. This is not even indicated on the check-in guidelines 2. Saw 2 cockroaches roaming around inside the room 3. The front desk and the kitchen staff are not aligned. I ordered a food twice. First I asked the front desk for a 1K change. So I expect that the server will have the chance upon delivery. Unfortunately, the server asked me if I have a smaller bill and need to look for a change. Second order, I asked if I can pay my food upon checkout and the front desk says Yes. However, the server asked for the payment upon delivery and told me that I have to pay. I explained that I already informed the front desk that payment will be made upon checkout but the server insist the other way. 4. Chairs inside are dirty 5. The main door of room 74 has a hole (Not referring to the peephole) and people can peek from the outside 6. They will not give you the remote of the TV unless you will ask for it 7. The set-up is not a Hotel. It is a Motel

Proses check in mudah, kamar tidak pernah di bersihkan, sprei dan handuk tidak pernah diganti selama kita menginap, dan saat check out dikenakan extra charge dengan sangat mahal seharga 1 malam karena ada noda di spreinya

The staff are very nice however there are lots of cockroaches even in the room.

The staff were unaware of what 's happening, not organized, no system in placed, and no proper coordination.

This hotel is perfect for friends and lovers! Makakarelax k tlga and di na problema ang parking. Ang babait and very accomodating mga stuff! Sarap ng food! Kudos!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a peaceful and really great time to relax with my family. I love the ambiance inside the room it has a unique interior design and clean room. The food is good and they serve it hot. The bathrooms heater is working that's why we enjoyed our bubble bath. I would love to drive in there again. Thanks!

Our stay here was great! Except that the staff accommodated 3 more guests before us (we're earlier). But the food is great! The room was surprisingly big and clean enough. The WiFi was fast! We were able to attend our zoom meetings. 7.5/10 🙌🏻

The room looked exactly like the pictures: spacious, comfy, and super clean. Breakfast was delicious, too! Surely will stay again soon.

the place was ok. the room however was a mess. the bedsheets had stains on them the blanket looked like its never been washed before due to its blackish color, the mini ref still had dirty water that defrosted from previous stays i'm assuming. and when we asked for the sheets to be replaced, they simply gave us new ones and we were the oneswho replaced the sheets. needs massive improvements on all aspects
