房間霉味很重 按摩隔間陽春 員工態度懶散

Good location that nears many restaurants, and it is famous to local tutu drivers. Breakfast is acceptable and room is fairly ok.

一樓有可按摩的店,收費便宜又技術好 附近就是海濱大道和一些知名餐廳 早餐樣式不多,但合一般觀光客的口味不會太鹹

位置不错。杜马最高建筑之一。物美价廉。中国人住的多。

很干净，WiFi特别好，这在杜马盖地来说是非常干净，环境特别好的酒店。本来写不含早餐，但是有自助早餐不要钱，很方便。从哪里打车去潜店十披索一个人，走路十五分钟左右吧，沿海边到新码头左拐就到了，离mooncake饭店很近，还有一个大市场lee特别近，可以换外汇。推荐

員工協助我們快速入住並未長時間等待，房內簡單，不過喝瓶裝水需收費，位置好，四通八達，住宿旅客以中國大陸及韓國遊客居多

酒店地理位置不錯，走5至10分鐘便到海旁，海旁有很多餐廳食肆。睡床舒適，可惜沒有浴缸不能泡澡，但房間尚算整潔。酒店門前長期有tutu司機，交通方便，但記緊要議價。房價包含自助早餐，質素一般，但不用為到何處吃早餐而傷腦筋。酒店wifi連接良好，職員也友善，總括來說性價比還算不錯。

房間內消毒水味有點重.... 但整體來說還ok 附近的超市好好逛 距離濱海大道 杜馬蓋地大教堂蠻近的 房間裡附吹風機很貼心

唯一的优点就是位置便利。 缺点很多，最大的就是服务，而且他们也不想改变。 根本没动房间小冰箱任何东西的情况下，喝的两瓶水也是从附近的7-11买的，退房时前台男员工说我喝了他们酒店一瓶，冰箱里虽然是两瓶，但有一瓶是外面的，他们酒店的包装有酒店LOGO。我告诉他，我没有必要更换，因为除了一个LOGO，品牌都是一样的。是不是之前的客人造成的？换来前台员工的解决方式就是，你不用付了，我替你付。 无语，一个20比索的东西我至于骗你们吗？还换来员工这样的言语及不尊重。找来经理反映，依然没有结果，甚至一句sorry都没有。 立刻支付水的费用，只想立刻离开这个让人感觉恶心的地方，再不想回来。

酒店屬於區內最高的酒店之一，前台服務態度良好，處理問題的速度也很快

房间内没有wifi。其实附近有别的更好的选择

地理位置优越，有中文电视频道，服务很贴心。

位于市区，出入方便，和国内一样的标准酒店，前台服务不错，免费早餐一般。

Nice clean rooms The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good. I stayed in two different rooms. First I was in the suite which was fabulous. Very nice immunities and very comfortable. Next I was in a deluxe room which was average. The hot water in the room would cycle on and off several times during a shower. Also I was in a corner room and the wifi was not available in the room. I asked at the front desk and they said they would fix it but never did.

Breakfast service is good especially the servers. Food is standard - variety of egg preparation - omelet and hardboiled, then mix of corned beef, hotdogs/sausages bread with spreads (butter, fruit jams). coffee is available. Dining area is so crowed on the days i stayed because the guests who were attending conference, students on tour are mixed to the regular visitors/tourists that at some point, you cannot anymore find seats. Guests who are in group - students on tour, guests on corporate meetings/conferences should have a separate breakfast area. dining early becomes very noisy because of them.

The breakfast meal is always fresh. The room is clean. The staff is approachable. The parking is not really good but the staff they will find a way to you to park.

Do not recommend staying. 1. Hotel doesn’t have bathroom drain piping that would be complaint with North American standards. No P traps on any drains, (we were in more than one room) 2. Hotel staff accused us of ordering breakfast for room service and made a huge deal out of it. We never ate breakfast at the hotel. If you stay at this hotel demand they block charges to room service and require payment upon any food delivery. 3. The clothing cabinet was the only place I could store my suit. The cabinet had some strange smell and the suit reeked. I asked front desk to recommend a ‘dry cleaner’. They sent staff up to manage. I showed staff the label on the suite, “dry clean only”. Hotel Essencia washed suite like regular clothes and used either heavily scented soap or fabric softener. The size of the suit changed and it stretched significantly. The jacket looked horrible. My custom tailored suit no longer fits at all. 4. Do not recommend renting a car from Hotel Essencia. The experience is not the same as a professional car rental company and cost more. Find safer rental companies towards the airport from downtown. Our room on the 3rd floor smelt terribly of sewage late at night. We found a hotel with traps on all drains in the bathroom and enjoyed staying there.
