Hotel Europa

good location but the service not good and poor aircondition and dirty.

The service staffs are friendly and nice. However there was no for food for us to avail.. even water. We have to walk 500 meters away from the hotel to get one. So, we checked out earlier than we expected.

The staffs are very friendly. their appliances are working well also. cold and hot showers were great but the bathroom needs to be fixed. had a good sleep but noises can be heard. the sheets smell great also.

oh my God!! horrible!! we have to ask for electrician because their ac didn't work well even their toilet, do we have to ask things?!

I like that it is walking distance from a mall.

First of all there was not buss, Jeep or shuttle going that way, only way to get to the hotel from the airport was via Taxi and it cost a little over 1000 peso one way and it will take over 1 hour to get there. So we found a hotel 10 minutes from the airport and did not bather to go all the way to Hotel Europa.

The service is bad and they treat their customers bad. We went their 12 midnight and we check out 1am they ask about the exceeding time and let us pay we are willing to pay for the exceeding time but they want to charge us again for the bedsheets because there is something on it but it wasn't us. the bedsheet has already those when we check in we just didn't complain because it's not 4 star or 5 star hotel so we didn't complain and the employee are impolite to customers. not very pleasant stay there

A very nice and affordable hotel.

Very nice staffs and very comfortable though location is far from the airport and Cebu city.

room is good enough for the price I paid.
