房間很大，床很舒服，沙發椅配合桌子看電腦很方便。飯店沒有提供瓶裝水，但可以請櫃檯人員裝水或去健身房取水。入住提供的甜點兌換券必須先在google評論五顆星才可以兌換，甜點給的份量很大足夠兩個人吃。健身房乾淨不擁擠。游泳池的浴巾有腳臭味道，廁所浴室都只有一間，無置物架。服務人員態度親切。入住時候要提供押金。頂樓是看日落和夜景的好地方

I stay for 2 nights Nice hotel. Very modern. I use Spa services. Excellent massage only 1800 peso- 30 dollars for 1 hour. But cleaning people forgot about me. Never replace garbage and bed sheets and towels. Only after my request I be got towels. But hotel is nice , has a nice pool and roof top bar. Very good location

I should have partial refund and discount. The cable tv network had been stripped of its normal and routine channels of bloomberg, axn, tap and HBO (and many others). I complained to desk and IT, and they did not know. finally a supervisor of IT came to my room to say that their cable tv had been stripped or taken away. I would have stayed 3 more nights if they had cable tv (a feature in all Manila hotels for foreigners), but when my 2 nights were used up, I left asap.

Hotel looks nice, The rooms are average, and amenities are nothing extra ordinary. Price is due to its great location. Right in the heart of Makati and Poblacion with an active nightlife. Area is very popular with foreigners and expats. Checking out took a while! Not sure why, my guess is that they had to call housekeeping to make sure the room was not missing anything!!! Although they keep a deposit anyways. TOWELS: They really do not provide enough towels. I had one or two and repeatedly requested for more towels. Rooftop: It supposedly has a nice rooftop bar. But when I check it, the outside area with the city views was closed (some nonsense about bad weather). There was only one other patron sitting there indoor and it was really hot, no AC!? It was pathetic because I had ready many positive reviews of the hotel's rooftop bar being a well know place. Pool: Hotel does have a nice pool which is 1/2 covered which is great for the hot sunny days. It has nice bungalows to use to chill out by the pool, I enjoyed the pool and it is one of its nicest things. if you are in Manila and want to stay close to the nightlife, this hotel is as good as the other ones nearby.

Hotel Front office staff incredible. Food and Beverage needs work though. The Common Grounds restaurant, staff were in attentive to replenishing food and food was running out. Also restaurant in the lobby level did not have all items in the menu to the point I had to ask what they did have. Hotel needs to make sure that they advise staff immediately of items that are not being served. IM Onsen Spa was AMAZING. Enjoy the TRILOGY PACKAGE and ask for Ronel if you are looking for a Male Therapist. Front desk staff were truly exceptional at the hotel though....very caring and attentive!

This would have been an excellent review marred by some very average service and experience. We had 13 rooms across 52 nights here and were charged a corkage of $100 for a couple of beers in the pool area (nothing displayed, no one informed us, the first we heard of it was when we wrapped up and left). The staff asked us to get a police report (no exaggeration) to check the footage of us being informed, we laughed it off and put this down as not worth the effort to follow up. There are numerous hotels in the vicinity so I'M won't be the top of our list for the next visit. If it's yours, be aware of unwritten rules (hope they add a notice now).

Room size was ok and staff was friendly but didn’t replace any toiletries after room cleaning, slow wifi and generally run down such as uneven floors. Also, the key card door didn’t work so I was locked out of the room for nearly an hour while waiting for the staff to find the master key and replace the door batteries. Beggars at hotel lobby asking for money when you disembark from the ride

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and considerate to my needs. When I return to Manila, I plan on returning to this hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Makati.
