房間很大，床很舒服，沙發椅配合桌子看電腦很方便。 飯店沒有提供瓶裝水，但可以請櫃檯人員裝水或去健身房取水。 入住提供的甜點兌換券必須先在google評論五顆星才可以兌換，甜點給的份量很大足夠兩個人吃。 健身房乾淨不擁擠。 游泳池的浴巾有腳臭味道，廁所浴室都只有一間，無置物架。 服務人員態度親切。 入住時候要提供押金。 頂樓是看日落和夜景的好地方

The hotel is equipped with spa and swimming room which is value for money. However, the room come with unpleasant smell and the bed is kind of dirty. Front line staff and bell attendent are very helpful and approachable. They are exceptional. However, the incident policy is quite confusing

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and considerate to my needs. When I return to Manila, I plan on returning to this hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Makati.

By the way, I forgot to add this to my previous review. If you book a cheaper room like classic room, you’re going to get a better TV that’s smart TV so you can watch Netflix and Amazon prime If you book a more expensive room like executive suite, you will get an older non-smart TV and cannot watch any Amazon or Netflix Just another one of the things at this hotel that makes no sense!!!

OK, so I gave this hotel a second chance stayed here in January and there was so many issues. Other than a great location, they have a nice pool and great rooftop bar with view But once again, staff, poor organization, poor communication, and the biggest negative at this hotel is the scams they pull with charging you They quoted me 5000 pesos walk-in yesterday so I stayed the night here and had a 2 PM checkout This morning I went downstairs and asked if it was possible to stay an extra four hours so from checkout 2 PM to 630 when I had to leave to the airport They said sure that would be 50% of the daily price I said that sounds great and very fair. Thank you. He then said that will be 5000 pesos. I said yesterday I paid 5000 pesos for the full 24 hours day. You said it was 50% off for only staying here for extra hours. He explained it’s 50% off their promo rate for the day which was 10,000 double what I paid yesterday I tried to explain to him all you’re doing is doubling the price of the daily stay to give me 50% off He could not understand that concept so I asked for manager Paulo same manager I dealt with in January that did absolutely nothing about my many concerns and safety issues Paulo and I went round and round how I said all you’re doing is doubling the price for stay from 5000 if I walked off the street to 10,000 late check out to give me 50% Beware of the scams and extra charges this hotel does!!!! better choice in city Garden grand Hotel right across street

Put in order for I room dining, I never got the food, poorly managed in that area.

Rooms are nice and clean but not many soaps shampoos and towels very thin … TV good size and Beds very comfy - nice shower - good location and you have to : Have an aroma massage by the hotel - OMG and the pool bods above the pool great to relax in

So for most the front desk guy Nash was awesome help went above and beyond helping me find things to do and explore and handle any issues I had professionally, the pool view is awesome definitely will rebook . Now the food options is where I wished they had more options in room dinning

Staff and rooms were brilliant as usual. Would have liked more time coverage and food options by the pool. Internet for a business traveller is not fit for purpose, both in-room and general hotel. Poor quality and lacked consistency to get anything meaningful done. Internet quality will impact future bookings.

Didn’t appreciate being charged a full nights fee for an early check in .

Check in took over 2 hours. The key cards would not work, the hotel had to call in someone to change the door mechanism. It took time for the repair person to arrive, and repair. In the meantime, the front desk would not give us another room, we went for dinner and still had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. No other form of compensation was offered, even when asked. Over our 2 day stay, we had to run down to get the key cards reactivated a few times. The breakfast was fine, room was clean and quite big, but after a 5.5 hour flight (it's 8 pm) you just want to go to your room.

The staff was very helpful.

Great place, rooftop bar was amazing, room was clean and comfortable. Has a unique pool which was cool and is close to all of the action and fun. Will definitely stay again next visit.

From checking in to out, it was absolutely amazing. Although we only stayed for the night, it was definutely worth it. Would love to come back again and stay here. Staff was awesome. Place and amenities were just perfect.
