Every time I'm in Manila, Kabayan Hotel is my place. I love it, the staff are friendly, and I am satisfied with the room and the cleanliness. Very convenient and accessible to all transportation systems.

Super clean, happy with the excellent hospitality - all the staff from the bell hop, porter, security guard, front desk, housekeeping to the breakfast staff - very much care, and make you feel welcomed, appreciated and valued. One note to improve upon would be the water temperature - it was tepid to almost less than luke warm, and the dial on the aircon was working though the actual air temp did not seem to adjust. The aircon temp was so so cold and wanted to make it less so.
Lastly, the breakfast was good - plated though, but with unlimited juice and coffee. Thank you very much.

ローカルだが駅前で立地は良かった。室内も綺麗だった。電気ケトル、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫、カップ、など何も無くアメニティは、石鹸、シャンプー、歯ブラシ、タオル大のみ。部屋は清掃してもらえず、宿泊最後の日に頼んでやってもらった。

Everything is good, but since I travelled a lot and stayed in some hotels in some countries, I have some suggestions that I think can help your guests stay at your hotel more comfortably.
First, you need to put more towels in each room. Second, put a hot water kettle in each room so that those persons who want to drink hot water, like me, can simply put water in the kettle, then boil and drink it. Lastly, put a personal fridge in each room so that your guests can put some food in it.
It's just a suggestion.
