The room was great and the staff was nice. We really enjoyed the view looking out over the ocean from the 14th floor. Roland was great helping us get situated and set us up for our island hop to explore Bohol. Also, it was really close to Mactan NewTown which was Awesome.! It was the perfect place to host a family gathering. We plan to go back next year.

Great location for the beach, island hopping, food and general island stuff. It’s my third time on Mactan and this was by far my best experience apartment wise.

We were thoroughly impressed by this property’s breathtaking view and the exquisite decor which far exceeded our expectations. Among the Hotels and Condotels we’ve stayed at, this ONE stands out as one of the BEST. We would definitely stay here again. まず、迎えてくださったスタッフさんがとても明るく親切でした。
何か困ったことや質問があれば、つながったLINEですぐに相談に乗ってくれる頼もしい存在で、感謝しています。
お部屋は広々としていて、キッチンが備え付けられているので、まるで暮らしているような気分で旅を楽しむことができました。
近くのプライベートビーチは有料（650ペソ/1人）ですが、お食事も含まれているうえに人も少なく、静かにリラックスできました。
この料金でこの快適さは十分に価値があると感じました。
唯一の小さな不便は、歩ける距離にスーパーやコンビニがないことでしたが、Grabを利用すればすぐにタクシーが手配でき、どこへでも気軽に行けるので特に問題はありませんでした。
お部屋の鍵の開け閉めに少し手間取ることがありましたが、大きな問題ではなく、ホテルの美しいロケーションがそれを補って余りあるほどでした。
特に、寝室の窓からは海が見え、朝日が昇る様子を眺めることができ、朝から幸せな気持ちになれました。
総じて、素晴らしい施設とスタッフのおかげで、セブ島での思い出がとても特別なものになりました。
また機会があればぜひ再訪したいです。

2家族で宿泊。部屋も綺麗で、トイレも清潔。必要な物も持ってきて貰えてよかった。プールも利用できて、子供たちは楽しんでました。歯ブラシは持参が必要。ロビーでランドリーサービスも利用させてもらい、楽しい旅になりました
