The view is amazing, clean place, the host is helpful

The room was great and the staff was nice. We really enjoyed the view looking out over the ocean from the 14th floor. Roland was great helping us get situated and set us up for our island hop to explore Bohol. Also, it was really close to Mactan NewTown which was Awesome.! It was the perfect place to host a family gathering. We plan to go back next year.

Roland was exceptional and approachable. The place is great and excellent if you are travelling with a family.

The children enjoyed playing in the pool in the facility every day. I could watch YouTube and Netflix on my room TV. I didn't have to worry about shopping or eating because I could get to Mactan New Town right away with the grab.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful host. Highly recommend! Great location for the beach, island hopping, food and general island stuff. It’s my third time on Mactan and this was by far my best experience apartment wise. Wonderfully helpful host. Easy to communicate with and tentative.

We were thoroughly impressed by this property’s breathtaking view and the exquisite decor which far exceeded our expectations. Among the Hotels and Condotels we’ve stayed at, this ONE stands out as one of the BEST. We would definitely stay here again. Roland’s communication skills are excellent and Thomas is a distinctive Character are awesome.

セブ島での滞在は、このホテルのおかげで本当に快適なものとなりました。 まず、迎えてくださったスタッフさんがとても明るく親切でした。 何か困ったことや質問があれば、つながったLINEですぐに相談に乗ってくれる頼もしい存在で、感謝しています。 お部屋は広々としていて、キッチンが備え付けられているので、まるで暮らしているような気分で旅を楽しむことができました。 近くのプライベートビーチは有料（650ペソ/1人）ですが、お食事も含まれているうえに人も少なく、静かにリラックスできました。 この料金でこの快適さは十分に価値があると感じました。 唯一の小さな不便は、歩ける距離にスーパーやコンビニがないことでしたが、Grabを利用すればすぐにタクシーが手配でき、どこへでも気軽に行けるので特に問題はありませんでした。 お部屋の鍵の開け閉めに少し手間取ることがありましたが、大きな問題ではなく、ホテルの美しいロケーションがそれを補って余りあるほどでした。 特に、寝室の窓からは海が見え、朝日が昇る様子を眺めることができ、朝から幸せな気持ちになれました。 総じて、素晴らしい施設とスタッフのおかげで、セブ島での思い出がとても特別なものになりました。 また機会があればぜひ再訪したいです。

2家族で宿泊。部屋も綺麗で、トイレも清潔。必要な物も持ってきて貰えてよかった。プールも利用できて、子供たちは楽しんでました。歯ブラシは持参が必要。ロビーでランドリーサービスも利用させてもらい、楽しい旅になりました

Spectacular ocean view in a very well appointed room, with nice kitchen, ample living space and a nice bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning was exceptional and very nice big screen TV. Host Roland is a class-act. Very helpful, communicative and accommodating. It is clear that her wants his guests to have a great vacation.
