The Staff there are extremely friendly and being helpful although it is a bit noisy and the cleaning lady knocked the door by 8am which is a bit ridiculous on Sunday morning. Perhaps this is their culture to have a early start which i am not sure. Overall, i am happy for my stay.

聽說這間飯店很棒,百聞不如一見,真的我很喜歡,除了房間寬敞,外面景觀好,早餐也不錯,這次到馬尼拉是有要事處理,除了住宿外,都由當地朋友陪伴,也因時間短暫,無暇去了解飯店其它設施

Hotel service is Good but its a bit Old already!!! Another thing I need to stress is ...... we needed to wait at the Lobby from 4pm to 6pm to get a Room which is Unacceptable!!!

Not really hapoy to stay this hotel , front office staff not helpful , when i check in i just requested one of staff helping to mske a 1 local call but he was not willing to help( due to my phone somthing problem cannot work so i am asking help) but eventually so disappointed and my roome the toilet boil water cannot flush away, cannot imagine that is 5 * hotel anyway ....

マニラベイの食事に満足です。今回で2回目の利用になりますが、フィリピン料理から日本料理まで幅広く楽しめるビュッフェ。フィリピン料理のシニガンをオーダーしましたが、他で食べるより、日本人にも満足する一品だと思います。

マラテエリアでは群を抜いて良いです。 スタッフの対応も感じが良く、イラつくことはほぼ無いです。 初マニラの同行者や、マニラに慣れていない方と一緒の時には度々利用しています。(一人の時や旅慣れた方と一緒の時は安もんのホテルです) エリア的に別として、家族連れ、カップル、友人同士の旅行では安心出来ると思います。 【室内】 全体的にとても衛生的です。 好みはありますが、ベッドの硬さもちょうど良く、枕も1ベッドで4つあり、掛け布団もしっかり厚みがあるので快適に寝れます。 空調も快適でエアコンの匂いも気になりません。 サービスドリンクのミネラルウォーターは、シェラトンのロゴ入り瓶で美味しく感じられます。 ミニバーは充実してます。私はビール、ジュースを飲んだ際は、目の前のセブンイレブンで補充して無駄な支払いを削減してます。 Wi-Fi環境は良く、パスワード無しで簡単に接続できます。 ガウンもあり。フィリピンはガウン無しのホテルが多いが、高級ホテルでは常備が当たり前。 【シャワールーム】 しっかりお湯が出ます。 シャワーだけではなく、バスタブも付いているのでとてもありがたいです。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、乳液が常備。 バスタオルはふかふかで厚みがあります。 【設備】 フィットネスジム、スイミングプール、日焼けエリア、レストランと一通りの設備は整っています。 レストランは普通に美味しい、アメリカン＆イタリアンなメニューです。 【その他】 2025年にホテルの前で日本人男性2人が●撃に合い、天国へ召された事件があったため、気になる人は怖いかもしれませんが、普通にしていればまったく問題ありません。 歓楽街のど真ん中にあるので、夜は客引きとホームレスが所狭しと集まるため、小さなお子さんがいる家庭のお父様たちは気まずい雰囲気になります。ホテルは良いですが家族連れにはおすすめしません。 カジノが併設されてるので好きな方には良いと思います。いわゆる、飲む、打つ、買うの3拍子が揃っているエリアなので、成人男性にとってはホテルの条件的には良いでしょう。 ただ、一つ気をつけていただきたいのは、四つ星ホテルとはいえ、東南アジアの雑多なエリア内のホテルですから過度な期待は禁物です。あくまでもマニラのマラテエリアの中では高評価ですが、都内の一等地や富裕層エリアのホテルと比べたら物足りないと思います。
