I have a awesome stay and I will recommend this for my friends the staff are so amazing and approachable I am so happy to have this late breakfast the receptionist ate pretty I forgot to ask her name assist us and was able to enjoy our late breakfast and love the swimming pool area is my favorite because its feels like your on vacation in this busy city 😍😇

They are awesome, the staff are accommodating, the pool is quite nice the view is nice plus it is accessible because it's near in LRT, budget friendly hotel is awesome, I will surely be able to book again in The Pearl Manila.

我在此酒店入住了10个小时，丢失了500美金和1500元人民币。事后通过中国驻菲律宾大使馆与酒店沟通，此酒店没有监控等安保系统，无法查看事发时段录像，所以无法找到证据。为此我深感遗憾和气愤。此酒店很不安全，在市中心，出入人员杂乱。 ——来自北京的旅客

房间没有Internet，酒店也没有WiFi，实在不方便。电视机还是球面的老古董，遥控器也不好用。房间没有电热水壶，不能自己烧水，但是可以让服务员给送

设施陈旧，房间及其一般，实在是对不住价格，性价比很低，真不知道是马尼拉穷成这样还是......？虽然离景点不算远，可以步行到达，但是实在不推荐入住。
另外有一个小细节，订房的时候我说了是大床房，结果给了我们双人房，要求换虽然还算比较顺利，但帮我们换的人就借d事情问我们拿tips，实在比较不爽！

地點非常方便 只需幾分鐘即可達捷運站 且旁邊又有麥當勞 還有當地最有名的Jolibee 對面有兩家24小時營業的小便利商店 在捷運站旁又有大型的超市 對面也有KFC 7-11 非常方便 不過大型的超市只有營業到晚上8點

I stayed here for two nights and it was fit for purpose. The location isn’t great but it is centric. I walked around as late as 2:30 am, lots of people sleeping on the streets nearby (not at the hotel block but a few blocks away). Very busy area which makes it safe. Great staff and spacious room. Overall convenient

We arrived at the property on 2/11/2024. The location was gteat for our needs however, the property is run down and filthy. We had cockroaches and the towels were grey old and tattered. Something you would wipe your car with. This property serves as a temporary home for some student from dental school across the street.I will never stay here again!
