Staff was always kind and as usual the Hotel Stay was great.

I have a awesome stay and I will recommend this for my friends the staff are so amazing and approachable I am so happy to have this late breakfast the receptionist ate pretty I forgot to ask her name assist us and was able to enjoy our late breakfast and love the swimming pool area is my favorite because its feels like your on vacation in this busy city 😍😇

Staffs were accommodating. However, there are few sockets and lights in the room. But the experience was great.

Hotel is a bit old. But the rooms were upscale as well as the toilet and bath. Efficient sound proofing and room was spacious and clean.

There is a bad smell inside the room. The room has coffee but no electric kettle. The aircon was dripping. No aircon in the lobby where we are staying before check-in and in the elevator also. It so hot. Not a good hotel

No available electric kettle, have to ask the front desk for the hot water. On our second day when I ask for the hot water, I have to follow up and after long wait I decided to go to the front desk to get the hot water. Another thing is their elevator, they only have 2 elevators which go down and up at the same time so you have to wait long and also, main inside their elevator.

Plusnya kamar ok,ada kolam renang keren,gym lengkap, heater air mandi & air panas minuman, breakfast lumayan, tv kabel, dekat McD, Joly Bee, minimarket,jalan berapa ratus meter ada Mall Robinson. Minusnya wifi parah, saya harus keluar kamar baru dapat wifi. Padahal itu penting bgt yah wifi krn kita di negara lain. Trus satpam kurang ramah,harus dikasih pelatihan tuh,masa saya keluar check out bawa koper banyak,tapi tidak dibukakan pintu,padahal dia lihat saya,tapi pura-pura ga tau. Akses ke mana-mana saya via grab,makanya buat Anda yang baru datang ke Filipina langsung beli kartu gsm sana jadi bisa internetan & pesan grab.

Pearl is our go to hotel for Staycations in Manila, aside from being at the city center and the pool (which my kids love) the staff is super nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

I get annoyed when we just arrived from 32 hours travelling, grab some.dinner outside the hotel and came back, I can't get in to our room The lock has no battery and we need to wait for them to fix.it. Also room is bad for.its price. Unacceptable

This hotel offers convenience. It is located in the very heart of Manila - a walking distance from LRT U.N Ave. station and the iconic Luneta Rizal Park. The price is reasonable. Gonna stay again here if there is a need. :)

A lot of cockroaches!! We need to move rooms thrice!!!

Lots of small cockroaches everywhere in the room, so disgusting. Receptionist are not welcoming

Hotelnya murah, cukup nyaman. Hotelnya dekat lrt, didaerah ramai, tapi agak pinggir kota, banyak makanan sangat murah di depot/rumah makan, pinggir hotel.

the room was big enough and the pool is good. but me and my children was not able to sleep soundly because of the noise outside taft ave. We can hear the noise of the vehicles especially jeepneys and even the train. we were not able to get the rest that we wanted bec of the noise outside. we also found some small cockroaches inside the bathroom. waahh too bad...

Everything was good except for the breakfast. Better to just buy food outside.

They are awesome, the staff are accommodating, the pool is quite nice the view is nice plus it is accessible because it's near in LRT, budget friendly hotel is awesome, I will surely be able to book again in The Pearl Manila.

Staff are very polite and attentive. Reasonable price. Poor internet connection but has a good side because you will have more time to relax and rest.
