Have stayed here multiple times over many years. As usual, the service from team members was professional, friendly, and on point. Raven, Lea and Angel (and others whose names I do not recall) were awesome. The guards are excellent and super helpful as well. The lobby bar is renovated and quite comfortable. The room we got was fantastic.

The staff is one of the main reasons i come back to this hotel. Always accommodating. I stayed at a hotel around the corner it was a 5-star hotel, but they didn't go out of their way to be friendly so i stop going there.

Every time I stay in Y2 when I came to Manila. Hi love the location and service for aY2 hotel. But now this hotel was changed and became not friendly. When I asking the reason, the official response is new hotel policy. If it make the hotel better and more lovely, that you I’ll be good move. But it makes the hotel not so good as before. I didn’t enjoy my stay for this time and I may not go here anymore

這家飯店的位置在 Makati 比較偏一點點的位置，但是仍算方便的位置。門口櫃台的服務非常不錯，人員有禮貌，講解飯店的設施也很詳盡。我有被升級到套房，而房間有個客廳，個人覺得客廳的燈光需要調整的溫馨一點。臥房床墊棉被都好睡。因為是公寓式酒店，配有廚房，但可惜的是沒有甚麼廚具，不過也不重要，因為酒店樓下拐彎就是個超市、購物中心、7-11所以也不用擔心吃的問題。對我來說，整體的cp值很好，我不介意下次去馬尼拉再住一次。

The hotel needs a bit of attention. The cleaning standards was low imo and it also needs maintenance specifically around the lift areas and corridors. The room was ok, pretty basic but the bed was comfortable. The ac is probably on its last breath. The toilet was ok but there was no hot water. I could have told the reception but I did not want to move as we had a lot of unpacked luggage.

Save your money. White sheer curtains were gray with dust. Some pans failed to work with induction heater. NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER AT ALL. Furniture was old with ripped upholstery. We had to leave early because the filth from the curtains was making us all sick.

I like the fact that the room had a microwave and a kettle for brewing hot water to make tea. This has been harder to find over the past decade. Overall a comfortable place. I do wish that maintenance would pay more attention to loose items like the toilet seat, which would slide to one side when you sit on it because it isn't secure.
