Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. Especially Hillary was outstanding. She was so kind and always there when we needed some help. The location is excellent and close to the market, restaurants, and stations. Although it’s right in the busy part of Porto, their sound proof is great and it was very quiet inside. Very simple room and no fridge. The staff kindly put our wine in the kitchen fridge for us though.

入り口が狭く少し分かりにくい。チェックイン時にはインターフォンを押してエントランスを開けてもらう必要があります。 受付はとても感じが良く、レストラン予約なども気軽に対応してくれました。 セーフティボックスの鍵がロックしてしまった際もすぐ開けにきてくれて助かりました。 トリプルルームの部屋は荷物を広げると狭く感じますが、値段相応で日本のビジネスホテルと比べれば快適でした。 洗面台が高くて小さく使いにくい。 初日の掃除が少し甘かった。
