The best bed I have ever had, so comfy! Big room and bathroom, everything is clean. Excellent location and walking distance to all tourists spots. Nice restaurants downstairs too. The breakfast was fantastic and lots of variety. Staff are so helpful.

有一個美好的旅遊住宿體驗於《波爾圖活力酒店》，地點好方便，可惜缺點就是市內聲音比較嘈雜，難以打開窗戶來通風，必須開著冷氣，但由於我的房間內冷氣長期滴水所以又變成另一個問題了。
酒店員工服務好，24小時Check-in 服務，態度友善，酒店還提供早餐服務。地點絕佳，鄰近火車站及多個著名景點，樓下就有食肆及麵包店，去那裡都非常方便！

Unica nota positiva la posizione della struttura.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo atteso 20 minuti alla reception dell hotel situato accanto alla struttura deagli appartamenti, la receptionist non era in struttura e abbiamo dovuto aspettare.
Nell appartamento :
Polvere sui mobili ,scarsa igiene (stoviglie sporche e piani d appoggio incrostati)
Biancheria da letto macchiata
Doccino della doccia rotto
Chiusini del bidet guasto segnalato e non riparato
Divano letto con materasso a terra !!!
Tovaglie da bagno utilizzate come strofinacci da cucina
Wi-Fi assente il primo giorno e nei giorni a seguire presente solo zona living

Our room was not cleaned because we did not leave the lavel "please clean this room" hanging in the door. The person at the reception desk was rude when we compleined and told us that it was like that everywhere. I explained that when no label is hanging on the door the cleaner usually rings the bell and if nobody is in the room they enter and clean the door. Nothing changed the man on the reception desk and he shouted to us.

Our Studio suite was huge and very clean and the location was great within walkable distance to all the museums and attractions and far enough away from the large crowds by the river.
There was a nice patio area in front of the hotel with 6 different restaurants to dine at including a lovely bakery. Staff were accommodating and pleasant. Great spot.

Nice stay! Very central location. The room for two was extremely big, more like an apartment which was lovely—outfitted with a kitchen and a big bathroom. Very comfortable for anyone travelling to Porto. Only negative was confusion surrounding cleaning, as we were told this would be done automatically without any need to ask for it... which did not happen. Perhaps it should be communicated clearer what the terms for cleaning are, but it's by no means a big negative and would've most assuredly been resolved by staff if we needed it—but for our stay we only really needed a change of towels, which we got when we asked for it.
