Our Studio suite was huge and very clean and the location was great within walkable distance to all the museums and attractions and far enough away from the large crowds by the river. There was a nice patio area in front of the hotel with 6 different restaurants to dine at including a lovely bakery. Staff were accommodating and pleasant. Great spot.

Desagradable experiencia. Nos cobraron cargo extra por nuestra hija de 11 años y no nos dier9n cama ni toallas para ella. Nunca se preocuparon por solicionar el problema. Solo que nos arreglaramos como puedieramos. Que suerma en el piso. Horrible experiencia. Olor desagradable en el departamento. Edificio viejo.

Absolute shambles. They overbooked for my first night and so made me stay in a horrible 2* hotel where I worried about my safety. I had to accept it given the alternative was sleeping on the streets. When I raised a refund, I was told that my booking was non refundable under any circumstances. This means there's nothing to stop them doing this on a frequent basis and making money by selling rooms at their price but actually providing rooms in a different hotel which is not anywhere near the same standard. Avoid this hotel. I was treated horribly by them.
