Super location, friendly staff and good value for money. We loved that the hotel was located right in the old town and close to a taxi rank and bus stops. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was provided and they were happily able to accommodate my friends gluten intolerance. All in all a good, budget option

After arriving I have got a lower standard of the room, reception did not changed and referred to the manager day after. After help from hotels.com and intensive argue with manager day after they have changed the room which I have booked from the beginning. According to the hotel queen and king size beds is the same in Romania, as well as it is normal that in description you will find details about their best room, but not the one you might get. I believe they just overbooked, since day after I got the room I have booked, but after it was cleaned and ready (they double checked if it was ready during our discussion).
Breakfast is good, staff at breakfast and cleaners is much more friendlier. Room is good as long as the one you have booked.
No compensation provided for the wrong room for the first night.
Would not recommend this hotel since they do have very poor attitude towards their guests.

The hotel is located walking distance from the city centre , excellent location, staff polite and professional. Our only issue was that we were closed to the staff lift and it was very noisy from early morning and this prevent us from resting. The whole morning we could hear banging of doors or different utilities. The room was specious and well maintained with lovely view. Breakfast variety could be better, a small breakfast seating area. Parking is available, paid but secure. Altogether we had a good time. Thanks

We stayed in total for 9 days in November 2025. The location was perfect in Old Town with easy access to the Metro, Old Town for restaurants and bars and short distances to some major sights. The hotel Manager and Reception staff were professional, courteous and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a minibar if one wanted to use, a coffee maker and an in room safe for security. Hot water always available in the shower and bathroom. There was also a heated towel rail which was useful on chilly mornings that we had whilst there. Heating was very efficient. The buffet breakfast was excellent with av variety of hot and cold foods. Serving and kitchen staff were very helpful and spoke reasonable English. Overall a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town. A stone’s throw away from the cobbled streets full of dining and drinking options. You are also very close to the Parliament Palace, the National Cathedral, Opera House, Revolution Square, National Theatre…the list goes on. The hotel has everything you need and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The in- house massage was amazing - worth every penny after a long day of walking around visiting the sights of Bucharest.
