窗隔音相當差，窗簾布透光，其他都好好

房間的床很好睡，但是空間太小。而且沒有電梯，需要自行搬行李箱上樓，對於大件行李非常不方便！值得稱讚的是早餐很豐富，且服務人員的態度都很好！若可以克服電梯問題，值得推薦的飯店。

Abbot distance from the station but everything else is great. We enjoy our stay in there.

Not easy to find the hotel and the reception. It's like students's accommodation. Breakfast is ok, but not in the same building. Reception only one guy. I wait for him about 15 minutes when I needed to take my luggage away.

Not expected in a university, so disappointed

location is good and about 10 minutes walk to royal mile. Breakfast cooked at the time you order and they are delicious.

Good breakfast and good wifi, however that's all. The location not quite convenient, have to walk around 15 to 20 minutes to the main railway station. The most I felt bad is the toilet, small and sometimes the system cannot work properly.

We checked in 04 Oct.,2013,checked out 05 Oct.,2013,my room No. is 304. We used Ipad in the night and the next morning. We went out to have breakfast then checked out, it's means only half an hour we were not in the room, and Ipad in the room.Then we checked out and went away, in the airport I found Ipad lost. From the hotel to the airport, all the luggages in the car, very safe. We called the hotel many times to try to find my Ipad, sometimes it was busy line, finally, someone answered the phone but they said nothing in my room when we checked out. It's very sad. WHERE IS MY IPAD? IT'S IN THE ROOM THEN LOST!

The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean but a but small. The maid is very friendly. The place is very convenient and near to the airbus terminal (the south bridge). The breakfast is excellent.. you must not miss it!

Great for us and our pets!

I really enjoyed staying here for the Fringe fest! It's super close to George Square (Assembly) but still very quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable. It had two shower heads and a big bed. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!

The staff at KM Hotel were top tier, very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage until check in, as well as run a load of laundry at the end of our stay, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of options for the buffet, and staff there were very accommodating as well. Only critique of the propery is that we were on the first floor directly above the entrance to the hotel looking over Richmond Place. It was quite noisy at night, between Uni kids hanging out smoking (the smell would get into the room with open windows, but was a little stuffy if the window was closed), and the trucks for the Lidl grocery store would be backing in in the early morning (aka loud beeps) . So I would recommend ear plugs if staying here. Very walkable to Old Town, the train station, even to Leith. Overall besides the noise, very pleasant stay!

Et rigtig hyggeligt hotel. Det ligger et roligt sted og alligevel tæt på byen. Personalet er meget venlige og imødekommende. Vi har nydt vores ophold.

Great little place to stay, the room was warm. But overall for the price very good

I accept dynamic pricing but in return for high prices comes high expectation. Two night stay, room not serviced , drink tray not replenished, dirty cutlery ignored. fire doors wedged open at night, v noisy service bay at night, even with demand pushing up prices, £300 a night for a small third floor room with no lift and no public space is pushy.

No air conditioning was an issue.

Very good hotel

Cozy clean rooms, clean, friendly stuff and great location. Everything you’ll need just a short walk away. We had a great stay! Everyone loved it, even my picky nephew;)
