The hotel was very easy to find. Check-in was easy and the room spotless with a bathroom with shower also spotless. I rate the stay a 10 out of 10 and so glad I booked a place to rest and shower during my 8 hour layover in Singapore airport. I highly recommend - this was far better than trying to sleep in a chair in the airport before my 14 hour flight to Seattle.

3. Hotel will hold room 90 minutes at flight landed time/ requested Check-in time. Full rate of No Show fee will be charged if Guest fail to Check-in.
4. Note that the check-in and check-out time will follow guest's arrival timing and room hour usage booked.
5. This is an airport transit hotel located within the transit area. Due to security reasons, guests will not be able to go out from the transit area.
6. Booking is strictly following the cancellation policy and non-amendable.

客房雖沒有對外窗，但非常潔淨、很安靜，轉機過程作為一個休息的地方，非常適合。會有一張 Lounge 的入場券，可以用餐 45 分鐘。(餐點是 24H 供應，但 Drink Bar 是 06:00AM 才開始。) Although the guest rooms lack exterior windows, they are exceptionally clean and quiet, making them ideal for resting during layovers. Guests receive a lounge pass allowing 45 minutes of access. (Food is available 24 hours, but the drink bar opens at 6:00 AM.)

Too expensive for the duration of stay (12 hours) and size of the room. Meals in the lounge were mediocre esp in an airport like Changi that has such high quality food everywhere else in the airport! Having to pay extra for use of the fitness center after paying through my nose for the transit hotel was unnecessary. Avoid staying at the transit hotel if you can.

Did it like being woke up twice with a siren being tested during a six hour time block 11.30pm to 5.30pm. Used the shower facility’s and they were wet and not cleaned between guests usage. I had to clean it myself before I could use it. Expensive for the two inconveniences.

OK for a rest between flights. Clean but windowless room. Bed adequate but not that comfortable (too firm). Basic amenities. Reception staff managed check in efficiently but had an abrupt manner.

The room was clean, ac worked perfectly, bed was comfortable. The room had all the toiletries needed, even lotion! The staff was friendly and kind. Meal was bascially all you can eat for 45 mins. There were so many vegetarian options which got me excited since I'm vegetarian. Will definitely be staying here again for a long layover in Singapore.
