The hotel was very easy to find. Check-in was easy and the room spotless with a bathroom with shower also spotless. I rate the stay a 10 out of 10 and so glad I booked a place to rest and shower during my 8 hour layover in Singapore airport. I highly recommend - this was far better than trying to sleep in a chair in the airport before my 14 hour flight to Seattle.

Pengalaman transit pun jadi tidak melelahkan karena kita bisa bristirahat dengan nyaman dan tenang hotel sangat bersih petugas resepsionis pun sangat ramah dan ada yang bisa speak Melayu pokoknya kalo transit di Changi dengan waktu yang lama lagi pasti akan menginap di sini lagi

客房雖沒有對外窗，但非常潔淨、很安靜，轉機過程作為一個休息的地方，非常適合。會有一張 Lounge 的入場券，可以用餐 45 分鐘。(餐點是 24H 供應，但 Drink Bar 是 06:00AM 才開始。)
Although the guest rooms lack exterior windows, they are exceptionally clean and quiet, making them ideal for resting during layovers. Guests receive a lounge pass allowing 45 minutes of access. (Food is available 24 hours, but the drink bar opens at 6:00 AM.)

我們選擇的是6小時住宿，隔天早上6點的班機，所以晚上11點入住，雖然過夜時間很短，但是起床後整裝，悠閒的吃buffet早餐再登機，一切都好方便又迅速（而且床很好睡，有獨立衛浴），然後在飛機上又可以補眠。下次搭同樣的班機我一定還會再入住

Although the room is small, it is still clean and comfortable. The public shower rooms are clean and even refined like others hotels. チェックイン際、予約無しの飛び込み客対応に時間がかかりかなりチェックインを待たされました。施設は清潔ですがエアコンか寒過ぎです。長袖を着て寝ても震えます。シャワールームはトイレ含めてユニットが独立しており、こちらも清潔で使い勝手は良かったです。アメニティは比較的揃っており、部屋にお水やコップも用意されているのは有り難いですが、ティッシュがないのが不便でした。

Easy check in, nice (queen bed) room with AC and private shower. Included buffet was quite good. Not 5 stars because the room (and several others lost power 2 hours into stay and did not return for 4 hours. No explanation. Worth the cost waiting on long layover.
