The hotel was very easy to find. Check-in was easy and the room spotless with a bathroom with shower also spotless. I rate the stay a 10 out of 10 and so glad I booked a place to rest and shower during my 8 hour layover in Singapore airport. I highly recommend - this was far better than trying to sleep in a chair in the airport before my 14 hour flight to Seattle.

The transit experience was not tiring because we could rest comfortably and quietly the hotel was very clean the receptionist was very friendly and there were those who could speak Malay, the main point is that if you transit in Changi for a long time, you will definitely stay here again

The rooms was all right. We only stay there for 6hr anyway. Bed was confortable. Bathroom was clean. Watch out for the weird step though. Breakfast was terrible. Cold egg. Bad coffee.

The room was well appointed and conveniently located with easy access from all terminals. The meal options were good to have along with the room. The bed was extremely hard and this meant sleeping was difficult for our sensitive backs and hips.

Too expensive for the duration of stay (12 hours) and size of the room. Meals in the lounge were mediocre esp in an airport like Changi that has such high quality food everywhere else in the airport! Having to pay extra for use of the fitness center after paying through my nose for the transit hotel was unnecessary. Avoid staying at the transit hotel if you can.

Did it like being woke up twice with a siren being tested during a six hour time block 11.30pm to 5.30pm.
Used the shower facility’s and they were wet and not cleaned between guests usage. I had to clean it myself before I could use it.
Expensive for the two inconveniences.

The room was clean, ac worked perfectly, bed was comfortable. The room had all the toiletries needed, even lotion! The staff was friendly and kind. Meal was bascially all you can eat for 45 mins. There were so many vegetarian options which got me excited since I'm vegetarian. Will definitely be staying here again for a long layover in Singapore.

Staying inside the airport was very convenient and less stress except atleast Expedia should mention that the rate goes every hour of $25 and maximum of 6 hours NOT one day. I booked and paid at Expedia knowing for one day when check in the hotel was only for 6 hours so I added $150 for the next 6 hours it was misleading. The property was very nice and clean. The front desk staff Ana (Malaysia and Ivy from Vietnam made me feel at home they were very helpful and gave me wake up call. I will be staying there again once I have lay over in Singapore.

Clean & quiet, with very helpful staff. The transit hotel accommodation is great- a bit expensive - used to be cheaper and better value pre-covid, but still good accommodation facilities .
My only complaint is the quality of the breakfast which was pretty dreadful. Scrambled egg was lukewarm & looked like it had been sitting around for hours, the cereals were just highly processed junk food, toaster didn’t work properly, no staff in the breakfast area. My advice is if you stay here eat elsewhere.
