Our accommodation at this hostel is fantastic. The location is very good, right in the heart of Chinatown. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The facilities are very good, offering everything I need. The cleanliness was perfect, making me feel comfortable during my stay. The value for the money is very good, giving an amazing experience without draining your pocket. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in the crowded Chinatown area.

Wow! Ini hostel yang sangat nyaman untuk para backpacker. Selain harganya ramah di kantong, pelayanannya sangat ramah dan lokasinya sangat strategis. Berada tepat di depan Masjid Jamae Chulia sehingga memudahkan bagi yang muslim untuk beribadah salat. Lokasinya juga tidak jauh dari stasiun MRT Chinatown serta pusat keramaian Chinatown. Hostelnya bersih, aman, dan nyaman bagi para backpacker. Tentu saja saya akan kembali menginap di tempat ini.

The staff are very helpful! I saw many bad reviews, but I didn't experience any bad thing. All is very smooth for me. Check in is easy, they explain to me how to find the ATM machine, how to get an electric socket, the room is clean, and people were cooperative to keep the voice down. The bathroom was clean. They have a toilet with a bidet, which is super convenient for me. Also, they let you store your baggage there after you check out, so you can travel without worry! They also serve water dispenser, tea, and coffee for free!

Pengalaman pertama bermalam di Beat art hotel ini. Tempat nya sangat strategis dekat ke MRT chinatowm dan MRT maxwell. Dekat ke chinatown dan kemana saja. Tempat nya bersih. Ke singapore lagi, balik ke BEAT art lagi. In shaAllah.

他們說沒有小孩，但實際上住了很多孩子。即使到了晚上十點或十一點，因為沒有工作人員，仍然很吵鬧。人們整晚都在走來走去，製造很多噪音。根本沒辦法睡覺。唯一的優點就是地理位置。地板也很黏。他們要求我們脫鞋，卻沒有提供拖鞋。這是我住過的最糟糕的旅舍。人太多了，簡直不堪入目。

工作人員非常友好熱情。有些評論說工作人員態度不好，但事實並非如此。他們甚至還為我們這些交換生免費提供了一台印表機。房間非常乾淨、舒適、涼爽，而且價格實惠。不過，房間外的一些地方有點潮濕，還有點異味。

對於獨自旅行者來說，在這裡過夜很不錯。昨天我還遇到了一位來自印尼的朋友。這裡有置物櫃，只要自備鎖，你的物品就很安全。而且離地鐵站也很近，對穆斯林來說，對面有祈禱室，非常方便。

Dekat dengan mrt china town, bersebrangan dengan pagoda st, mrt exit pagoda.
Di china town jadi mudah menemukan makanan, souvenir, gedung2 yang bagus, dll
Dekat dengan hawker, kalau butuh gembok, atau untuk sambungan charge bisa cari di pagoda street/di hawker. Untuk souvenir bisa juga banyak, dan koper juga.

I come from Vietnam. I stayed at the hostel 04 nights.
Considering the price I paid, I think the hostel is good. I booked a bed in a 12-person room, but everyone was nice and quiet. The location is convenient and easy to access other areas—MRT is nearby. When I checked in late, they left an envelope with my name on it and the key inside.
They also have a kitchen where I can cook my own meals or use the oven to heat up takeaway food.
As for the staff, I rarely saw them—maybe they weren’t around when I went out, or honestly, I wasn't sure who the staff were. I brought everything I needed with me, so I didn’t really need any assistance.
I’d happily stay at this hostel again if I return to Singapore.
