I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel, and I'm excited to share my experience! 🏨 From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly staff and the welcoming atmosphere. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing space after a long day. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from. Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Checking in and out is smooth. Great location. About 5 min walk to Orchard Point. The double standard can be occupied by my family of 4 comfortably (2 teenagers). We'll be back there.

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast enough too. No need to worry for a taxi to return to hotel after shopping or meal around Orchard Road at night time, because Holiday Inn is only a few step from Orchard Road 😃

Lokasi bagus karena dekat dengan Somerset mrt station, dan banyak kedai makanan sehingga tidak perlu breakfast di hotel, dekat convenience store 7eleven, mall. Kamar luas, tidak berbau apek, bersih terawat, termasuk kamar mandinya. Dari pintu hotel sampai ke terminal keberangkatan changi airport hanya 1 jam dengan MRT sudah termasuk jalan kaki dan pindah terminal dengan skytrain/airport bus.

The facility is very old and not well maintained. The room is filled with cheap air freshener and traces of cigarette smoke. I can still found poo stains in the toilets and I need to rub them off myself. We asked for connecting rooms but the connecting doors are locked. Having said that, staff are nice and helpful. Location is perfect. The breakfast is soso but it’s 100% Halal.

Hotel concierge staff are very helpful. They assisted me in packing my souvenir in a carton box, packed nicely. Good location, walking distance to Orchard Road for shopping. Many restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket located at Center Point.
