我在這家飯店住了一晚，算是短途旅行。整體來說，飯店環境舒適乾淨，地理位置也很便利，就在烏節路附近。不過，入住期間我確實注意到飯店有些地方比較老舊，而且有鏽跡。

印度客人太多，導致大廳裡瀰漫著印度味，這不好。

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Checking in and out is smooth. Great location. About 5 min walk to Orchard Point. The double standard can be occupied by my family of 4 comfortably (2 teenagers). We'll be back there.

Strategic location, allowing additional 2 children (below 17). Punctual check-in time, universal power socket available, no need to bring adapter. Comfortable bed, and less noise.

Sebenernya sih overall kamar, lobby, breakfast ok aja, hotel nya nyaman, bersih, makanan room service nya sih parah, mesen mushroom soup asem gitu, kayak basi, coba komplain diganti baru tapi sama aja, yang enak cuma pastanya karena mesen 3 item satay, mushroom soup, pasta, sate nya gak enak juga, mungkin lidah kita yang salah. Akhirnya di void transaksi mushroom soup nya tapi gak ada tuh komplimen apa say sorry dan lain-lain, minimal manager nya lah sekelas hotel bintang 4. Resepsionis nya sih hari pertama check in oke-oke aja, ramah baik, ya oke lah, pas check out malesin sih, di ajak basa basi kayak gimana hari ini, busy jawab nya, gak tau saya baru sampe, di tanya lagi lagi musim liburan sekolah ya, dia jawab gak tau deh, lah lo orang singapur apa bukan. Ya mungkin kalo kedepan gak stay di sini lagi sih. Untuk kamar gak ada isu lah, bersih, wangi, gede juga.

Hotel dekat dengan Orchad Centrepoint dan juga Orchad Gateway, Stasiun Sommerset hanya berjarak beberapa ratus meter, tempat makan sekitar banyak, kamar hotel bersih dan bed cukup nyaman untuk anggota keluarga 4 orang, recommended untuk family.
