Comfy and cozy, only downside is bathroom/shower is a little small.

房間不大

Not an overstatement: the hotel literally ruined my trip. Having said that, I have to say the room was OK, the hygiene was nice… but it was the hotel’s inflexibility that caused my serious doubt about anyone picking this hotel. I stayed there for 5 nights, in 3 different room types - a double room, a family room with a double bed plus a single bed and a double room with a balcony - booked using hotels.com and a flight redemption website. During the booking process, I may have inadvertently selected ‘1’ instead of ‘2’ for the number of guests. As a result, the hotel staff informed me that the breakfast voucher only covered one guest, despite my friend accompanying me and all my 3 room types actually being ENTITLED to breakfast for 2 guests. Upon reviewing the booking details on hotels.com and the redemption website, I noticed that the same price or the same number of miles applies regardless of whether 1 or 2 guests are selected. Sadly, the hotel refused to adjust my breakfast entitlement from 1 to 2 guests. I was not trying to be difficult. I didn’t book a single room and asked for breakfast for 2. I booked 3 room types, all of which are actually by default entitled to breakfast for 2. Of course, it was my fault that I initially clicked ‘1’ but not ‘2 guests’ while booking, but if this hotel truly valued its guests’ experience and were flexible enough (especially in this case, they got nothing to lose financially), it wouldn’t have handled the issue this bad way.

交通方便，酒店新淨，普通客房較細

The property is starting to show signs of aging especially in the bathroom and the flooring. The floors can hardly be cleaned and this is my third stay in the hotel and second time I’ve checked in and finding random hair from the previous occupant. Stains around the bath area and toilet seat. The pillows are too soft and there aren’t options of foam pillows. If the cleanliness improved this can be a Much better stay.

空間太小了，連放個行李箱都很困難。還有廁所，實在小的可憐。唯一的優點就是地點好

除咗房間嘅廁所細小小之外，其他都滿意。交通方便，去周圍的景點都方便。

地點交通方便。房間舒適、簡潔。

Close to MRT, few minutes walk can arrive Chinatown and food market

交通十分便利，地鐵站出來沿著地下街走一小段路就可抵達！附近就是牛車水，十分多的美食及紀念品店可以採購！飯店附有泳池，十分舒適愜意！是一個很棒的住宿地點！下次若有機會仍會選擇住美居icon酒店！

Thank you for the dust on the TV, and syrup on the desk stay with me 5 nights :) No idea why house keeping throw away my slippers everyday. No phone to call the service, use QR code, ok technology, that's fine, there are lots of things under assistant, however can only request for 2 items at a time, I cant have slippers, laundry bag and coffee at the same time
