I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. I was delighted to receive a room upgrade, which was a fantastic surprise! The upgraded accommodations were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with every detail carefully thought out for maximum comfort. The service throughout my stay was truly top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse range of options. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Millenia exceeded all my expectations. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. A big thank you to the team for making my stay so memorable!

Other than a screw up at check in, the staff service was excellent and we had a wonderful stay. Some room features could be modernized, e.g., USB-C outlets in the room console and room electrics.

原本預期會是很棒的住宿經驗，不料早餐竟然大排長龍，詢問一位帶位的男服務人員，他的回答是“It happens everyday!”。轉而詢問另一位女性主管，她的回答是“妳可以去跟前台反應”，所以我們只能繼續排隊，等了快40分鐘後坐好，距離早餐結束時間只剩20分鐘…………。
然後Check out也是一段漫長的等待……
Anyway,這是一個硬體很好的酒店，但是要有心理準備，一切慢慢慢來……

交通/購物/散步都很方便，房間寬敞，浴室鏡面設計使得城市景房的視野也很棒。缺點是隔音差，早上竟然會被員工手推車輪給吵醒，附近房開門關門也都聽得一清二楚。真是沒想到會發生在這樣等級飯店。
