乾淨、安靜、有古典特色。電梯只到2樓，再上樓必需走樓梯，帶行李不方便，旅館人員不會幫客戶提行李。房間天花板用活動簾幕，無法完全遮光。浴室太小，進出不方便。

Special Sultan hotel at good location near some attraction spots with walking distance. Nice staff helping to keep lost item.

I am glad I chose the Sultan, very nice environment and atmosphere. Comfortable and cozy.

This is a heritage hotel and is very well maintained. With a small and cosy reception and bar, the overall environment was clean and comfortable. Reception staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a single bed in the lower level of our room and the main sleeping area which was spacious enough was accessed by an in-room staircase. Bedding was comfortable. I think the staircase itself was secure but as it was of considerable height and rather straight, we had to be very careful getting up and down it. Our room was on 2nd floor and during the night it was a bit noisy as music was heard from a pub next to the hotel. We did not try the small restaurant there. It was not close to the main shopping areas and taking a Grab/taxi was a good choice to access them. We did, however, enjoyed a nice dinner at the Arab Street few blocks away. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was that the toilet rolls could not be kept properly on the toilet roll holder, which luckily was in a small box so the toilet rolls could be placed in the box instead of the holder itself. I consider this hotel good for its value, although improvements can always be made.

The service is quite good. The space of restroom is a bit small. There are three options for breakfast. The hotel is nearby famous place Bugis. It takes about 5-10mins to work from hotel. Also there are several restaurant and bar nearby. If you'd like to take taxi/grab to Airport, it only takes you about 20mins. Overall is good for me.

早餐很不好，內容太簡單。

It's a nice choice for who has short business trip in Singapore. Room is small and clean. Breakfast a little bit disappoint me.

The vintage and resort feel, interesting experiences

overall the room was cosy, though a bit small but it's comfortable and it's suitable for solo for my room. Staffs are pleasant and helpful.

there's some prob when I stay at this hotel, 1. the unique room design will make you feel like never before. 2. bed bad sheet changed every 2 days, and the shower gel sometimes empty.

其實行去mrt距離是有點遠的，而且當你很累時根本不想行，除此之外都ok，酒店燈光有點暗，早餐不太好味。

如果是星期六入住，要注意酒店本身有夜店，會持續到凌晨！隔音不是很好

The hotel is clean and tidy and the room is big enough for 3 of us. The front desk lady and guys are very knid n helpful too. But at night time might have a bit noisy especially on Saturday whole night! But I am still recommend traveler stay with this hotel.

房間連半自助早餐，自助部份為咖啡或茶，面包給少許前菜，主菜只有煎双蛋及半條雞肉腸，太小家。訂房間時註明有wifi 服務，但酒店職員話房間wifi有問題，要在大堂才可收到。大堂只有約8個座位，人太多

好處： 房間算是寬敞， 狀態良好， 很清潔， 需要的設備基本都齊全， 冷氣亦很足夠。 員工服務態度很好， 笑容滿面， 幫忙約機場 shuttle bus 等都一一辦到了~ 缺點： 位於 Bugis 和 Lavender 兩個地鐵站中間， 搭地鐵要行大概 10-15 分鐘。 洗手間抽氣好像有點不足。 入住的話， 離開請櫃檯預約 shuttle bus 到機場去， 便宜又快捷， 我上次只有我兩個人坐， 變成包車了！

飯店離地鐵站不遠，對面有7-11，櫃台服務人員也很友善，房間大小適中，飯店風格也很有味道，離蘇丹教堂也不遠:)
