The elevator is really crowded and slow. Long waiting time

It was a very pleasant stay. I truly felt that all the staff were highly professional and friendly, especially the front desk and concierge team. This was my second stay, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul.

Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was remarkable. We had full tummies every morning. The cleaning staff was magnificent. I have to say it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It's a bit far from the major shopping areas but it's fine for us since we want to avoid crowds. It's connected to the big Hyundai mall and IFC. We will definitely stay at Conrad again!

整體來說，清潔和舒適。 需要改善的地方是carpet 有汚穢，建議深層清潔。

Great place to stay. Highly recommended

Very upscale. Everything was exactly as you’d expect for the price I paid per night.

The hotel was immaculate. The staff were friendly and the service was great. From the hotel elevator you have access to a large shopping mall that includes a wide variety of restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t crowded but we ate before 8;00am. The only downside was the view. There was a large office building across the street. It didn’t block our entire view of the city but it was definitely noticeable. I know some rooms have a better view but this was our experience. Overall, I strongly recommend the Conrad From the service to the materials used this is a beautiful hotel and I would definitely stay again.

스파는 아주 좋았어요 분위기도 직원도 마사지사도! 프런트 데스크 직원의 친절도는 별다섯개는 어려움. 친절한 직원도 있지만 그렇지 않은 직원이 더 많음. 조식 이용안함

スタッフのみなさんはとても感じが良かったです。快適なステイでした。コンセントがCタイプしかなかったので、Aタイプもあるとさらに便利かなと思いました。

Amazing hotel and great location by IFC Mall and subway. The executive room with river view does not disappoint! The pool requires a cap so you must purchase if you dont have one. The breakfast buffet is great but slow for coffee lovers. I purchased coffee from the cafe on the ground floor and it was good.
