I have a great experience of staying in Stay7. Although the room was quite small, but the location is perfect. It is in the middle of the famous myeongdong market and it is near Myeongdong Station (subway) and a bus stop so you can reach everywhere in Seoul easily. The service was awesome too, we had a leak in the sink pipe and they are very responsive to fix it.

Very clean and neat, breakfast has plenty of choices, staffs are the best👌♥️. Very reliable, kind, and friendly! Location also the best. Worth the money. Definitely will come back again.

It’s just a block away from the subway exit and right in the middle of Myeong-Dong, hub of shopping and restaurants, super convenient location. The breakfast is nice, cereals, eggs, ham and cheese, toast and cup noodles, I just wish their coffee could be stronger. The room is small, not surprised with its price, unfortunately the toilet smells bad, not due to hygiene reason, probably the sewage system was not constructed properly by the previous hostel owner. The staffs are friendly and I really hope the toilet problem could be solved.

The staffs are very kind especially Pei , a boy and a girls who is from China and Taiwan. The boss is kind as well but should be careful of everything especially safe.
社長是好人，但似乎有點散漫，也有可能員工交接沒清楚，在check in的時後並沒有說中間需要換房間也主動沒給我房卡，在睡覺的時候突然跟我說要換房間，雖然幫忙拿了行李，也給了禮卷補償，但還是讓人稍微覺得不受尊重
另外搞不清楚我同房房客的退房時間，要整理掉他的行李，親眼看見也覺得不可置信。
사장님이 착한 사람이지만 약간 제멋대로이신거 같아요.
아마 근무 교대시간이었을 때 직원들이 서로 소통이 잘 안되서 내가 체크인 했을때, 중간에 방을 한번 바꿔야 하다고 말도 안 하고 방키카드도 적극적으로 안줬어요. 자다가 갑자기 방을 바꿔달라고 했으니 깜짝 놀랐어요!. 짐을 새로운 방으로 옮겨주고 보상으로 상품권을 준데도 나는 불쾌하게 대우 받고 있다고 느꼈습니다.
나랑 같은 방의 손님의 체크아웃 시간이 아직 안되었는데 직원이 헷갈려서 손님의 짐의 치우려고 한 게 내눈에 직접 봐도 믿을 수가 없네요.

在官網上說明是晚上11:00最晚入住登記, 我在晚上11:00前到達,門已關了,都沒人.折騰30分鍾才找到房門卡, 更糟糕是把東西整理好後都1點想去洗澡,沒熱水沒暖氣, 房間暖氣是韓文看,不懂無法開, 首爾氣泣是-6度,可想我有多冷,能睡嗎? 5天4晚, 到要走那天早上11:00工作人員都不在,還要我打電給他. 小來啦,我都不想再到這了.其他都不想多說.
