We stayed here for a night pre-cruise and it was a wonderful hotel.
The check-in was easy, our room and facilities were very good. It was so clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice of both continental and cooked.
Lovely staff who spoke excellent English.
15 minutes in a taxi to the cruise port. Would definitely stay again.

Got a great location. However, it turns only good location, the food for the breakfasts is terrible, many customers but less food. The restaurant at night is terrible...no service at all.
The bed we ordered is a big bed, but what we got is a big bed combined with 2 small beds. And there are wheels for the bed!?! The bed isn't stronge enough, so when you turn your body, it makes big noise and moved...very very uncomfortable.
The shower in the room is strange, there is no door for it. So it's cold after shower.

Muy buenas relacion precio calidad, el personal especialmente en la tarde muy amable. Limpio y muy bien ubicado, Fácil moverse a la ciudad en metro. No hay algunos implementos para el baño y no incluyen el desayuno para las reservas por Expedia. Volveré a reservar.

Bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées.

Very clean room. The room is modern and has great showers. My only criticism is there are two doors between toilet and bedroom and in the bedroom you can still hear everything in the toilet. The location is right by Fira metro station and by lots of bus stops that take you into central Barcelona and main tourist areas. Bus ride is around 35 minutes. Public transport in Barcelona is very good.

회사 직원들과 함께 출장으로 20일가량 숙박했는데 단한번도 청소가 제대로 된 적이 없는 곳입니다. 욕실 샤워기 청결상태가 불량하고 거치대가 파손되어 있을 뿐더러, 직원의 친절이라고는 한번도 느껴보지 못했습니다.
특히 바에서 맥주를 마시는 중 어떠한 안내도 없이 모든 불이 소등되었고, 청소를 하기 시작하는 호텔의 서비스에 경악할 수 밖에 없었습니다.
관광 호텔이라 매일 엄청난 관광객으로 붐비고, 아침 조식은 단 한가지라도 변경되는 메뉴도 없어 지겨울 정도 입니다. 매년 수차례 출장을 다니지만 이정도의 호텔 운영상태는 최악의 수준입니다.
