沖涼時玻璃門會滲水出去外面！洗手間氣味很臭＆紅外線燈很嚇人

Great location, amenities and service.

Clean room. Lacklustre reception staff, gaps in bar service between shifts, very basic equipment in room. But good location, great breakfast and fun pool!

From location to beach view everything is top notch. We are mesmerised with the hotel staff and their services. The inside breakfast buffet was great. Only thing is it’s bit hard to find the inside pool less crowded. Otherwise, we loved our staycation❤️

Good value. But the staff is what stood out the most! Great helpful people. Joan at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. Good man!

Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer

I loved this hotel, and i stayed there last eight years every year in same time, except covid... This years is possibly last, because price going higher and higher and quality of services going down... Most terrible thing is shower, the pressure of water is hell, because in one while is water really hot and in next five second is really cold... And it have just upper pipe, not normal hose... WiFi is unuseful, its really pain to made something to job... Some years back everything was in normal... And it have some another small worst things, whats not have been there... Its sad!!

Unser Zimmer war unsauber und stank furchtbar nach Schimmel. Speziell das Schlafzimmer. Der Blick vom Balkon war ziemlich direkt aufs Meer, was spektakulär gut war, allerdings genauso direkt auf die Balkone der umliegenden Nachbarn. Und diese konnten natürlich genauso direkt auf unseren Balkon schauen. Durch den konkaven Bau konnte sogar bis in den Wohnraum geschaut werden. Privatsphäre war somit gar nicht gegeben. Das Essen war einfach nur schlecht. Als Vegetarier konnten wir uns durchgängig nur von Nudeln mit Tomatensoße oder trockenen Beilagen ernähren. Die Beschilderung der Speisen war jeden Tag identisch. Ganz egal, was darunter stand. Darauf sollte man sich also nicht verlassen. Auch auf Nachfrage beim Koch war sich dieser oft nicht sicher, was da in den Töpfen tatsächlich drin war... Das Geschirr am Buffet war IMMER schmutzig. Jede Schüssel, jeder Teller, einfach alles. Die Spülmaschine war offensichtlich überlastet. Die Getränkepreise waren moderat und der Wein (auch der offene Wein) war wirklich gut. Kidsclub oder vielmehr Spielzimmer unter "Aufsicht" eines Herren und Kinderdisco waren grottenschlecht. Den Kindern war es zum Glück egal. Das Personal war unser Highlight. Freundlich, immer ansprechbar und geduldig mit unseren Spanischkenntnissen. Zu guter Letzt bekamen wir 3 Tage vor Abreise einen krassen Magen-Darm-Infekt, der uns völlig lahm gelegt hat. Ob wir den jetzt aus dem Hotel haben oder nicht, können wir nicht sagen. Wir buchen dieses Hotel NICHT noch einmal!

Alles war toll, kommen immer wieder gerne ins Fontanella!

Alles prima. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr bemüht. Supermarkt um die Ecke der jeden Tag geöffnet hat. 2 Minuten laufen zur Bushaltestelle. Sauber.

Das Zimm

Schönes, geräumiges Appartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Matratze schon etwas durchgelegen, aber für mich noch OK. Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Pantry mit Kochstelle, Toaster, Filterkaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Spüle und Kühlschrank (ohne Gefrierfach). Sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage am Westende der Playa de Palma, Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür.

This hotel was definitely not up to four‑star standards. The main issue I had was cleanliness. Every day I had to call the reception to ask them to clean the floor because there was hair left in the room. The towels they brought often smelled bad and even had visible stains on them. I was really dissatisfied with the room service and overall hygiene. Another problem was the misleading photos. The pictures showed balcony rooms with a sea view, so we assumed we were booking a sea‑view room. Only when we arrived did we realize that the photos were just generic images and you actually have to read the fine print carefully. We also booked dinner at the hotel for one night, and it was very disappointing. The food was clearly not fresh, the quality was poor, and it was absolutely not worth the price — €44 for two people was far too much for what we got. On top of that, we wanted to use the massage services, which were listed in the hotel description when booking, but they didn’t exist at all. The pools were also extremely small and could barely accommodate around five people. Overall, considering the cost of our stay, it was extremely overpriced and not worth it at all
