The Hotel is in the middle of town; you go for a walk of the many historic sites, you come back freshen up, go bavk for a walk again, no taxis required

Stort och rymligt rum med balkong hade vi. Rymligt badrum. Inte det modernaste, men vi saknade ingenting. Frukosten var bra.

Very dirty room and old. Nothing has been changed at the room after the hotel was build.

If I return to León, I definitely won’t be staying at this hotel again. There were no available parking spots, and the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly—maintenance attempted to fix it but was unsuccessful. The hotel is in need of renovation, especially the first-floor rooms and the worn carpet in the common areas. Additionally, there was no coffee provided in the room, which was disappointing.

偶然ですが、１日目に隣りの部屋の騒音があり、部屋を間違えられてドアを開けようとされた。２日目以降は、大丈夫でした。部屋自体は広くて良かったのですが、アメニティのコンデショナーが水でした。

The property is great location, but there's alot to take in consideration before staying here. First rooms are old as the pictures staids, not that clean and full of dust, i book what called suite, mmmm yea plenty of space but the room was awreck, the walls were dirty, the doors full of scratches where the paint was off, the TV is smaller than a PC monitor, the wooden closet are so old and full of dust that we didn't even try to used them, i dont understand how a Hotel with such good reviews or standards has such poor rooms maintenance, if the idea was to make the room look or feel old, there other way to do so and still give the room a better clean vibe,only the restrooms was partially updated, but very little lighting. Also who ever designed the hotel entrance didn't thought of disable individual, it doesn't have a ramp, so if you alot of luggage like i did then be ready of a workout as there 10 steps before getting to the main doors, it only has soppouse elevator for disable yet it seems needs a special key. Last item to remember parking is a disaster, the front of the hotel parking area to unload is very small, so if there 3 cars there then you are not in luck and be ready battle for a parking area near by (if any) the closes open public parking is two blocks away, yes not ideal for someone that has family with 5 luggages or more.
