Very dirty room and old. Nothing has been changed at the room after the hotel was build.

If I return to León, I definitely won’t be staying at this hotel again. There were no available parking spots, and the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly—maintenance attempted to fix it but was unsuccessful. The hotel is in need of renovation, especially the first-floor rooms and the worn carpet in the common areas. Additionally, there was no coffee provided in the room, which was disappointing.

偶然ですが、１日目に隣りの部屋の騒音があり、部屋を間違えられてドアを開けようとされた。２日目以降は、大丈夫でした。部屋自体は広くて良かったのですが、アメニティのコンデショナーが水でした。

Un viaje fenomenal en todos los sentidos el Hotel está situado en una zona céntrico, muy cómoda para pasar unos días, llenos de tiendas y de restaurantes

The property is great location, but there's alot to take in consideration before staying here. First rooms are old as the pictures staids, not that clean and full of dust, i book what called suite, mmmm yea plenty of space but the room was awreck, the walls were dirty, the doors full of scratches where the paint was off, the TV is smaller than a PC monitor, the wooden closet are so old and full of dust that we didn't even try to used them, i dont understand how a Hotel with such good reviews or standards has such poor rooms maintenance, if the idea was to make the room look or feel old, there other way to do so and still give the room a better clean vibe,only the restrooms was partially updated, but very little lighting. Also who ever designed the hotel entrance didn't thought of disable individual, it doesn't have a ramp, so if you alot of luggage like i did then be ready of a workout as there 10 steps before getting to the main doors, it only has soppouse elevator for disable yet it seems needs a special key. Last item to remember parking is a disaster, the front of the hotel parking area to unload is very small, so if there 3 cars there then you are not in luck and be ready battle for a parking area near by (if any) the closes open public parking is two blocks away, yes not ideal for someone that has family with 5 luggages or more.

Perfect location! Friendly staff!

La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo, muy cómodo, no alcanzamos estacionamiento pero dejamos el coche en un parking muy cerca muy.comodo La terraza del hotel tiene una vista hermosa y el servicio es excelente, muy buena opción para tomar algo y ver toda la ciudad

Estancia de una noche, por trabajo. Buena ubicación. El hotel, correcto. Quizá se ve un poco anticuado. El aseo tiene bañera y la cama está bien pero no es extraordinaria. El minibar no lo miré, pero hay unas galletitas de bienvenida. No puedo opinar de otros servicios, desayuno, etc. El personal eficiente y agradable. Hay una terraza con vistas a la ciudad pero no lo supe hasta después de marchar.

Muy atentos con la persona minusválida que se alojó

Todo muy bien pero en por la mañana no había agua en todo el hotel y eso atrasó los Planes

An excelente location but the setting of the room was a bit odd. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Habitación muy vieja para nada corresponde al hotel en el que está muebles y puertas muy deteriorados y baño anticuado y feo

El hotel está muy cerca de los atractivos turísticos de León como la catedral, el barrio húmedo, etc. El personal es amable y eficiente, la limpieza está bien, lo que les urge es una renovación de las instalaciones y mobiliario, Algo que también sería bueno es que las habitaciones contarán con caja de seguridad.

Disappointing given Barcelo branch.

Room was terrible, very old, but the worst part was the noise. We could hear the people snoring in the other rooms.... The garage access ramp isn't well designed and my car just touched on the bottom. really bad experience.

This hotel was memorable, but only because the staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The room itself was okay, but the hallway was totally dark until lights turned on from a sensor, not very visitor friendly.

Es un hotel viejo pero tiene muy buena ubicación porque está a unos pasos de la Catedral de León. El estacionamiento es pequeño y tuvimos que estacionar la camioneta en un estacionamiento público por nuestra cuenta. Las habitaciones son amplias pero viejas y los muebles también. El desayuno está rico. No tiene amenidades y el agua para tomar la cobran. No tiene ni kleenex.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
