+：客房相对宽敞，舒适整洁。夜间有娱乐活动。酒店提供直达maspalomas的班车。 -：晚餐的主菜一般，饮料需要另外收费。最后结账时发现菜单上的价格与最终价格不符，酒店解释菜单上显示的是全包食宿的价格（我们是半包）。 ？：奇怪的是，我们打了两次电话要求拖鞋，前台说马上送上来，但第三次下前台问的时候，前台却说酒店不提供拖鞋。

Food options were good, themed evenings. Lots of fruit. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool. Plenty of sun beds in the morning when we went. We did two Barcelo experience trips which were fantastic. Staff were polite and pleasant.

Ci siamo trovati bene, mangiare buono, staff cortese e cordiale, pulizia buona, camere tutte con balcone e belle spaziose, consigliato. Consiglio noleggio auto per spostarsi ed andare in giro per l'isola. Non è vicino alla spiaggia, c'è un servizio navetta ma che noi non abbiamo utilizzato in quanto avevamo l'auto.

Essen und getränke auswahl waren sehr üppig und es gab den ganzen tag vok allem zuviel. Pool bereich und alle gemeinschaftssachen waren optisch gut bis auf kleinigkeiten. Die gänge sollten dringend neu gemacht werden da sie nicht zum rest passen und um das hotel klnnte man optisch noch etwas aufwerten. Wir hatten einen tollen urlaub. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Good all round

Nice hotel and very clean modern rooms. Nice to have a choice of pools. The staff were extremely friendly from check in to check out. 2 big let downs: The inside bar ( if you can call it that) as it was literally chairs lined up in a corridor. I can see this being an issue in summer months as I can image most entertainment will be held on the stage at the middle level pool. Another let down was the food. Whilst there was a good choice of salad items and the snack bar in the day was well stocked. The hot food items in the main restaurant were very mediocre. Often having to hunt around to piece a meal together. That being said some items were of decent quality. The biggest worry of the food is the lack of labelling. If you have allergies beware! All food is labeled wrong and doesn’t correspond to what is actually out. There was one night I asked what the meat was and was told chicken. It was actually beef. So it seems the staff are unsure of what they are serving. All in all a decent stay but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Personale delle camere molto gentili , meno i camerieri dell ristorante impegnati solamente nel ritiro delle stoviglie , per il resto ci tornerò presto , è già è la 2 volta che torno, camera bellissima con il bidet, molto gentili le signore della reception che risolvono subito qualsiasi problema è stato un bel soggiorno

Had the all inclusive food was very fresh. I love chicken but this was rarely on offer - it was always pork. The snack bar had some healthy food which was good. Enjoyed that you poured your wine from a bottle and you could take bottle to your table at meal times. Big queues at breakfast for coffee machines. Place was very clean but rooms could be noisy and let lots of light in but we improvised with putting the bed sheet over the door. Also long queue at check in and whilst I had no issues with the staff I wouldn’t say they went above and beyond. Cocktails were very good and freshly made and we had Smirnoff vodka included in the AI. I did have a nice time and it was good for the money but I would go somewhere different next time

Wir waren das erste mal in der Unterkunft. Es hat alles Wunder gepasst. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten im 8.Stockwerk das Zimmer mit dem Meerblick gehabt - die Aussicht war gigantisch. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension - das Essen war hervorragend. Alles in einem ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden wieder kommen :-))

È una bella struttura,sopratutto per chi ama all inclusive. La struttura è un po datata anche se tenuta bene; ottima colazione per varietà di proposta; camerieri diaponibili ed attenti. La camera è un po piccola rispetto agli standard Barcelo.

Servicio fantástico. Desayuno muy completo y las dos piscinas muy bien cuidadas. Me dieron una habitación superior a la contratada con lo que era muy amplia y cómoda.

Très bon séjour a la hauteur de nos attentes, petit dejeuner Très bien et diner varié chaque soir. Merci pour nôtre agréable sejour. Pour nôtre première sejour a gran canaria sejour parfait.

Al di sotto delle aspettative personale non tanto disponibile colazione e cena con sempre meno cibo perché si pagava di meno che nei primi tre giorni non tanto pulito e stanza rumorosa ( io ho chiesto stanza silenziosa)
