We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the location was perfect for seeing pretty much all the main sights in Seville given that it was our visit. Me and my friend enjoy walking and many of the sights were within about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean and had all the amenities you would expect from a high class establishment.
The coffee station where fresh pastries and snacks were offerred to all gueats each day, was a lovely touch. This type of offering is normally reserved for certain guests. The breakfast was also lovely and we felt it was a reasonable cost for the variety and quality.
The only disappointment was that we expected the swimming pool to be open and wasn't due to be until a few weeks later. The hotel was apologetic and suggested that they will contact Expedia to improve communication during booking in future.
We would both definitely recommend this hotel as a perfect place for a long weekend in Seville.

We didnt have breakfast at the hotel but everything looked great. Staff were helpful about everything. There were bicycles you can borrow, a free coffee dock with pastries and sweets for most of the day, beautiful rooftop area with pool and the rooms were really well equipped, spotlessly clean and in great condition. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. It was located close to shopping and tourist areas and lots of local restaurants within easy reach. We have visited MAdrid and Barcelona many times but this was our first time in Seville; we will be back and this is the hotel we will stay in.

Generally everything is “OK”. Check in was very impersonal and no explanation of where anything was or where the facilities where. Pool area is nice but no staff there and the bar is unmanned. Waited for 29 mins for “service” at the pool but gave up.. Room was nice but the “balcony” was fully enclosed so didn’t feel like a balcony and had no view… Mini bar only has 2 bottles of still water.. very clean and tidy but would probably say it’s a 3* plus hotel.. great if you are in Seville on buisness

Very nice hotel. Carlos in the reception is extremely helpful and so are the waiters in the bar. Pillows are way too hard and uncomfortable. There was no service at the pool area??

Excellent location in Arenal. We stayed here during Semana Santa and we could walk up towards Alameda and down towards Santa Cruz and Cathedral without difficulties. Easy access to procession routes.
