Me parece abusivo que en un hotel nada barato, cuando pides que te guarden el equipaje lo tengas que meter en taquillas y además pagando por un servicio básico de cualquier horel

Hôtel largement suffisant pour un court séjour , nous avons passé seulement nos nuits et repas à l’hôtel, le reste pour les balades et plages . Le buffet est ni trop ni pas assez , parfait pour faire des repas light ou costaud :) . Et l’équipe est très agréable .

Wurde geld aus dem Zimmer geklaut, im Nachgang zur Meldung wurden die Taschen im Zimmer in Abwesenheit noch ohne Erlaubnis durchwühlt. Aus der Duscharmatur kam kaum Wasser heraus. Aufzüge war immer einer defekt. Frühstück war eine große Auswahl.

Stayed here for 2 nights, hotel is very clean, staff spend a lot of time cleaning. Hotel room was small but clean and functional, furniture was looking tired and room would benefit from a refurb. Bathroom was small, door was difficult to open, couldn’t adjust the shower as the head was pushed up against the ceiling making showering awkward. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We did the all inclusive option, wouldn’t do that option again if we stayed here as not good value for money. Our first night we enjoyed the food, was hot decent quality for all inclusive and it was busy in the dining room, unfortunately our second night was different, much quieter and food choice and quality was not as good, it was the same with breakfasts, first day proper orange juice, second day seemed to just be orange squash. Some food had gone cold, some was still hot nit great. Location of hotel was fine, we stayed out of season and the area was quiet which we prefer. Short walk to the seafront and buses to Palma etc

The rooms were clean but you can hear all conversations going on in surrounding rooms and outside! The shower was very dated and didn’t really have the water run properly!

The location is 2 mins from the Beach, kind of new Area, 12 km until Palma city center. Lots of shop’s and restaurants around. Good food in the breakfast and dinner.

There’s no tea making facilities inside the room, only two lifts which are very small, there’s no variety for breakfast- it’s same every day.

Das Zimmer 901 hat unglaublich stark nach Urin gerochen. Nach dem ersten Tag haben wir dies bei der Rezeption beanstandet. Daraufhin wurde wohl eine Reinigung durchgeführt, oder ein Duftspray verwendet. Einige Stunden später war der Gestank jedoch wieder da. Nach der zweiten Nacht haben wir deshalb ein neues Zimmer verlangt. Dieses haben wir dann auch bekommen. Im Zimmer 909 war dann soweit alles in Ordnung. Der Ausblick in beiden Zimmern war auf einen Innenhof, welcher etwa 6 x 6 Meter gross ist. Grauenhaft. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht. Dieses war soweit ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Beim Abendessen haben wir uns kurz das Buffet angeschaut und waren froh, dass wir nicht mit Abendessen gebucht haben. Die Speisen sahen überhaupt nicht lecker aus, deshalb würde ich von weiteren Speisen als dem Frühstück abraten. Die Angestellten sind soweit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Mietauto. Rund um das Hotel hat es auch ausserhalb der Saison, praktisch keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Dies kann sehr mühsam werden.

Chambre petite et surtout "aveugle".pas de fenetres sur l l'extérieur. La reception n.a rien voulu faire Restaurant tres moyen (alimentation peu gouteuse) et bruyant ( le personnel etait tres bruyant pour débarrasser les tables) Reception ne parlant qu espagnol
