Spacious clean rooms. Has a pool good to cool down during the hot weather. We had a small hiccup due to checkin and security issue, but overall well-managed and explained by the staff.

Catalonia Ramblas was an excellent choice. The location is excellent right off Placa Catalunya. The staff were very helpful. The lobby was clean and modern. The superior room was roomy and looked newly renovated. The double bed was very roomy for both of us. The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of space for our open luggage. The bathroom was also renovated and was very functional. The shower had good water pressure. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Horrible hotel with bad customer service! From the second we walked in, we smelt a foul sewage smell and it was even worse in our hotel room. Throughout our stay, we had sooo many issues with the sink not working as well as the shower and toilets not flushing! The water didn’t work half the time, and when it would it would sputter aggressively. We had maintenance up in our hotel multiple times to fix the issue but it kept on happening! The staff except for Sabrina was the only one that tried to help. In the end, the staff did absolutely nothing but offer us free breakfast for the water problems. Do not stay here!

The staff is very welcome. Especially Dasha on front desk. She is amazing person. All our request was satisfied and she did it with smiling. All staff very helpful. Thank all for amazing time in Batcelona

Superbra service med hjälpsam och härlig personal. Vi kände oss väldigt omhändertagna. Vi var tre som delade på ett rum, både rummet och badrummet var rymligt. Väldigt bra läge med närhet till butiker och sevärdheter. De gemensamma utrymmena gav det lilla extra med både pool och takterass med utsikt över Barcelona.

The location of the hotel was good. The staff was okay. The room description was misleading. We had the “triple room” which was just a double with a roll away bed added. The added charge for the room was ridiculous .The description of the hotel as “pet friendly “ was misleading. We had our medical alert service dog with us and the only place in the hotel she was allowed was in our room. Overall it was a mid range hotel. With a less than wonderful experience.

My stay at the Catalonia Ramblas was very pleasant. It is a clean, comfortable place and the staff is very helpful and professional. It is one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, when I went to bed I heard absolutely nothing. This is very important to me. It's location is ideal, right near Place Catalunya and many attractions, also a plus. I would suggest opting for the breakfast buffet every morning when you book because it is REALLY good. I did not use any of the spa services so I can't comment on them. But I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again if I return to Barcelona.

An attractive hotel; pretty from outside but modern inside. Great location near 2 metro stations and a good bus connection point. Walkable to Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlo, Casa Mila, the seafront and public transport easy to use to anywhere else. I didn't use any of the amenities in the hotel so cannot comment on the spa or breakfast available. Starbucks is just across the road! The only downside is the long walk from Reception to the back of the hotel to reach the lifts up to the rooms. When I'd reached my room on my third day to find the key didn't work it was a bit of a trek to go back to have the key reassigned and then return to the room again. Very nice bathroom toiletries to use and a nice touch providing a comb, toothbrush, cotton buds, cotton wool and shoe horn. Voices of people talking in the corridor late at night echoed rather loudly, but I was lucky that I had an inner door I could shut to cut that noise down.
