埃斯卡拉套房飯店

reconfirmのメールを英語で送りましたが返信はありませんでした。宿泊はできましたが、フロントの英語での対応が難しい時間帯もあるようです。

there was some issue with the room I was gonna get so when I got there around 9pm to check in the receptionist told me there was no room for me. then he offered me to spend the night in the staff room without a bathroom . I Said yes because I had nowhere else to go nor spend the night at that time. The receptionist offered to gave me the money back and to let me stay in the staff room for the night which I did appreciate. I got 60 euros back and barely slept for 2 hours until around 6 am he came into the room and sent me to another room that got empty because someone just checked out mind you he told me I can shower there which I didn't because it wasnt cleaned. I have never experience something like this I felt very uncomfortable. I really dont wish anyone goes through this like I did at this hotel. it was not acceptable at all. The receptionist was nice but he kept on saying not to complain to Expedia because they could get in trouble, I told him I contacted Expedia and that's when he gave me the 60 euros back .

Great property

Wiliam en la recepcion fue muy atento y gentil. Su trato inmejorable. La habitacion estaba muy limpia. La escalera algo sucia y descuidada.

Faltaba ventana en mi habitación.. pero no le quitó encanto. Cama muy cómoda. Y baño limpio.

Loved the property. Close to airport. Room didn’t have a window which I didn’t mind cause it allowed me to sleep in. Shower pressure and temp was excellent.

Pleasant stay in nice neighbourhood. Shopping centre and eateries 10 minutes walk away. 15 mins walk to metro station Canillejas. Close to airport and about 10€ by BOLT.

Asiallinen yöpymispaikka melko lähellä lentokenttää. Sopii hyvin yhden yön yöpymiseen. Sisäpiha voi olla lämpimään aikaan viihtyisä.

La habitacion bastante amplia,relación calidad precio fenomenal.

Solo quiero una cosa, que el dueño del hotel pase una noche en la habitación 8. Seguro que no volvería a su propio hotel.

It was a nice property but needs maintenance , the bed covers are full of nylon so you sweat a lot , they need to check the pipes because sometimes there is sewage smell

quiet, secure place, close to IFEMA, close to airport $15 euro $6.50 euro breakfest good enough to get you to lunch. would stay again

Sengen var svært ukomfortabel, og putene det samme. aircondition virket ikke som den skulle, da man verken kunne stille inn rett temperatur og at den laget mye støy. Rett utenfor var det en skole som det kom veldig mye støy fra, noe som var meget plagsomt på morgenen. Hele romma hadde i tillegg en vond lukt, og det bar preg av et slett renhold.

The hotel is located in a nice suburban neighborhood. I enjoyed the 15-minute walk to the metro, but it may not suit those who prefer not to walk. My room was in the basement and didn't match the photos online. It was acceptable for one night, especially since it's only a 20-euro ride from the airport, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

Guter Service und schön gerichteter Garten/ Außenbereich. Die Lage ist eher mittelmäßig, man ist zwar schnell an einer Bus bzw. Metro Haltestelle, fährt jedoch mindestens 30 Minuten bis zur Stadtmitte. Das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss, hatte somit kein Fenster und war im großen und ganzen sauber. Modernisierungsbedarf besteht trotzdem, auch weil die Tür und die Wände kaum schalldicht sind. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, für einen vergleichsweise doch eher niedrigen Preis.

La habitación no me gusto, estaba en un sótano sin una sola ventana a la par de un cuarto de lavandería, no fue buena experiencia.

(-) I would describe this as a trap, while I booked for two nights, I found my room underground which gave me a feeling like I am jailed. No windows, no fresh air. The room was smelly (underground musty smell). Important aspect of the room should have been mentioned clearly to guests prior to the booking process. The lady at the desk tried to solve this but I was charged €30 more for giving me an alternative room. (-) While the hotel mentioned that the hotel staff at the desk speaks English, apart from a lady, I found no English speaking staff. (-) the safe in my room didn’t work. (-) the refrigerator was faulty, I reported to a staff member, she responded that they already know that, and they still haven’t worked on fixing it. When I left the ‘hotel’, I had a feeling like I was set free. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. AVOID
