The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly but some of them had poor English and they couldn’t understand a simple dental kit. Usually the hotel doesn’t provide dental kit in every room but it is available on request. We didn’t get it after making 4 requests with a wait period of 1 hour and finally gave up, went to super market nearby and purchased a new one. Rest al was fine. Breakfast buffet was good. Tried other Eurostar properties also in Spain and pretty happy with them. Cheers

Friendly and accommodating staff!

Super hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Valence. Près des lignes d’autobus. Déjeuner buffet incroyable… vraiment très complet ! L’air climatisé était vraiment bien pour contrer la chaleur de l’été ainsi que la piscine sur le toit.

We experienced a major breach of privacy and significant disruption during our stay at this hotel, and management has completely refused to take responsibility. While we were out, maintenance entered our room without attempting to contact us. Upon returning, I returned to things in our bathroom and had to call the desk. Despite another 1–2 hours or disruption and being unable to use the shower for 3 hours, management refused to offer compensation for this or their intrusion of privacy. They claim it was an emergency but they had clearly been there for hours. When we raised the privacy violation, management claimed they tried to call us first, however, this contradicts what the reception staff told us. They also made zero effort to message us through the Expedia platform. Basic details were overlooked: there was no minibar water and housekeeping failed to replenish simple items like tea stirrers. We raised these issues twice with reception during our stay and were repeatedly told management would handle it, yet no one followed up before check-out. Expedia customer service even tried to intervene directly on our behalf, but was also told there was 'no manager' available to speak with them. Post-stay, management dismissed our concerns and refused any financial compensation, offering only a discount for a future visit. Entering guest rooms without proper contact, combined with hours of lost facilities, evasive management, and poor customer recovery, is unacceptable

We had two rooms, one on the first floor which was very nice. The other one was on the tenth floor and we noticed every time we entered that it had a bad smell, like sewage or fish (although the room appeared to be clean). Other than that, we were very happy with the hotel amenities and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

El personal muy amable

Reception staff were friendly and efficient, additionally offering help after we got back from the holiday as we had accidentally left an item in the room. The pool area was nice, not as luxurious as it may come across in photos but had a good view and ample seating. Location was good, about halfway between the Old Town and the beach, with good bus links to both.

No me gustó para nada el hotel muy viejo y descuidado en el aspecto de la limpieza y tenía un olor como a humedad

Excellent hotel, clean and fresh and an excellent breakfast bar too. Great value. The only issues were that for a hotel with many floors it only had 3 fairly small lifts. Also the pool had no shade.

Vale la pena por su ubicación y cercanía al Oceanográfico y el Centro de Valencia!

Muy bien ubicado

Voor 3 personen ruime en schone kamer. In mei was het al heet, maar volgens het personeel nog geen zomer. Daarom geen werkende airco en het zwembad gesloten. Iets dat ik graag had geweten voorafgaand aan het boeken. Verders niets dan positief. Goed aan te reizen en mooi uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de stad. Zou zeker nog een keer kunnen verblijven hier.
