My daughter loved the master bedroom on the upstairs. The downstairs room needs additional lighting, it is a little dark. Overall nice junior suite.

and helpful. They also made food recommendations and provided directions. Only issue is the room was damp, as if there was water somewhere. I understand it’s an older building, but the room smelled wet- it’s the best way I can describe it.

My stay at Gran Derby was amazingly exceptional. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the crew were great! They even suggested places for me to visit, knowing that it was my first time visiting Spain. I would definitely choose this place to stay at on my next visit. Room was clean and the housekeeping service is exceptional. I can’t wait to go back!

The rooms are very nice, but the hotel doesn't even have boiler for the water in the room, you have to check availability with reception to see if they can provide it. And they do not refresh with water and amenities each day. It is nice place with potential but lacks the luxury touch or more the luxury service.
