They even suggested places for me to visit, knowing that it was my first time visiting Spain. I would definitely choose this place to stay at on my next visit. and helpful. They also made food recommendations and provided directions. Only issue is the room was damp, as if there was water somewhere. I understand it’s an older building, but the room smelled wet- it’s the best way I can describe it.

The rooms are very nice, but the hotel doesn't even have boiler for the water in the room, you have to check availability with reception to see if they can provide it. And they do not refresh with water and amenities each day. It is nice place with potential but lacks the luxury touch or more the luxury service.

Nice, polite front desk staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Close to pharmacy, convenience store and two restaurants. Would have liked more lighting fixtures as the room with the sofa bed was a bit dark at night. Would still recommend.

The stay was amazing. Location is perfect as you are not that far from city centre and main attractions. You need to take a quick public transport to reach anywhere. Bus stop is close by and metro station is 10-12 mins walk away. Overall we had an excellent stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

They were really helpful and always willing to help and sorry I can not name them but I treat with a few members of their team and all of them were polite and helpful. Location I find was great. It was relatively close to main attractins of the city. Rooms were cleaned and quiet.
